I went with a group and stood in two different rooms. Two room keys each, that wouldn't work..got locked out of rooms multiple times. Got an extra two keys for both rooms and those wouldn't even work..ended up finding the original keys and those were the only ones that would work all of the sudden..just bad problems with the room keys.

It felt like the hotel management (and the way it was constructed) did the least amount they had to in order to look after the guests' comfort. The walls are thin, really thin. The carpet was filthy, bathroom door had to be lifted up in order to close it. One blanket for the bed (in Winter). I felt safe there, but uncomfortable and restless.

Cheapest lodging near Seattle that meets most folks minimum standards.

There hallways stunk. The floors were filthy. There was a piece of paper in the hallway I joked let's see how long it sits there. 2 days later it was still there. Taking a shower I looked up and there was what looked like bugers wiped on the wall above the shower head. Looked like they hadn't vacuumed room or halls for weeks

Easy access to a number of shops. Quiet neighborhood. 24-7 staff availability. Breakfast included - a plus.

Only Really Bad Staff, didn't clean up my room, very rude reception n never wants answer ur phone from room because i check the staff only care about his self, smoking outside, eating, and watching movie (doesn't look work at all) i have to go down to receptions if want to ask anything about the room special staff shift night time always, before the hotel not like this because i use the hotel often. Just this time i got really bad staffs

Nothing negative about this hotel. Good value for the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for dining. The internet was down when I checked in and the front desk clerk said she would call my room to notify me when it was back up. She followed through diligently.

not bad...handy to and from highway or surface streets

Very nice experience. Close to shops and restaurants. Check in Staff was very nice!

Traveled alone. Hardly seen or heard any other guests. Staff were nice. Good location. Loved my stay here

GREAT PLACE FOR THE MONEY STAFF FRIENDLY, THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN PRETTY CLOSE TO ALL. I WOULD COME BACK AND STAY AGAIN FOR TH EPRICE YOU CNA'T GO WRONG. THE STAFF HELPED WITH ALL NEEDS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO REST YOUR HEAD THIS IS IT !!

upon arriving I was charged sixty dollar more for refrigerater and microwave I have stayed for several years at days inns in seattle and have always had frig and microwave at the price I paid online will never stay there again.

Lots of construction outside the hotel. Staff was friendly. Quiet, not too busy. Free continental breakfast, basic breakfast, nothing to fancy. It would be nice if they had an ice machine on all floors. Over all it was a good experience

Great location, easy to get to I-5. Everything you need is close by.Great rates and nice place to stay.

The staff doesn't seem to friendly, the roads were being ripped up at night it was pretty hard seeing the driveway.

you could use more variety with the breakfast. different fruit would be nice.

I bought a night here as a last minute option because it was the cheapest hotel. It was an average experience, nothing spectacular but not horrible either.

Stayed in Oct 2014, 3 nights, 2 queen beds. Room was in decent condition. Beds comfortable enough to sleep. Reasonably clean, but could use some deep cleaning to walls and carpets. Bathroom serviceable. Sink and counter were stained. AC unit would not run on fan only, so only way to get air movement was to run it on AC--which made the room really cold. Supplied amenities were useless. Hair dryer kept cutting off and coffee maker did not make water very hot. Supplied continental breakfast was decent for what it was. Nice that you could make fresh waffles. WiFi was good, as long as you had the current password. Staff was very friendly and helpful to out-of-towners looking for places. The biggest downside was that the city was doing major road construction that made getting in and out of the parking lot difficult (especially when trying to find the entrance at 1 a.m. after a long drive from the airport). Had I known about the construction when I booked, I would have looked for a different location.

The breakfast was good. Neither bed stand light in my room worked. Seemed a little expensive for a plain motel room.

Thank you for your input, we appreciate all information. We did have an issue with a new batch of keys that were delivered and are awaiting new ones to be sent to us. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. While the keys are magnetic strips and do become demagnetized, this is a different situation entirely.

Thank you for your input, we appreciate your feedback. We have several new employees so reminders to review room information will be suggested. Because each room has its own heating/cooling unit for guests to set to their comfort level we don't place extra blankets in rooms unless it is requested. As with any issue or complaint, a call to the front desk at any hotel, at the time, provides an opportunity to resolve the problem or relocate you to a more desirable room. Wishing you well in your future travels.
