Don't do it . It is a last resort. Pun intended. Management , States it will remodel, in September 2017. I won't be back to see if this is true or not . Retired aircraft inspector Gives this place a red X.

Horrible, dirty, they don't have management available after pm hours, just a mess. Not recommended, a lot of cheaper places to star near by. Worst place I've stayed in my life.

The staff was pleasant but they need to be more careful in checking the cleanliness of the towels provided to the customers.

Carpets have not been vacuumed. Carpets have stains all over. The comforter was dirty. I had a day of lack of hot water.

This was the most horrible place I've ever stayed the elevators were out they gave me a smoking room on the top floor with my other room clear around to the front so I couldn't get help for my friend. Had to climb three flights of stairs. There was drug users in the stairs and I had to go up and down the stairs 3 times because the beds were filthy and I had to go down and get my own blankets out of my car. Both nights there were drug users and Drug deals going on all over the place right outside my room in the parking lot it was terrifying and filthy it was so filthy this place was incredibly filthy. I won't even take my suitcase in my house because I'm afraid it was full of bed bugs. I want my money back and I'm never using Orbitz again. Not only that I paid for two rooms for 2 nights and, they charged my business card plus the card I brought with me and I'm hoping the business card charges drop off

When we arrived at 10PM, there were 2 police cars in the parking lot. They were investigating some incidences. All of us had to show our ID, for security reason. The hall to our room was smelly like rotten food. The bed sheets did not appear to have been cleaned. There were signs of burns on the bed covers. We decided to check out right away but it took us about an hour to do that. The staff was unhelpful, slow and unprofessional. Other guests were rude. The police cars block our car and the staff would not help us find the police (they were in some room for their investigation). We got out at 11PM to look for another hotel 1 hour away. It was the most unpleasant check in and check out that we have had.

The grounds of the hotel were filthy, people live there too so we heard dogs barking & had children running & stomping above our heads til 2am! We paid for 2 queen sized beds & received 2 full sized beds. There were 2 towels for 4 people & my grandson found some kind of PILL in the drawer next to the bed!! When I went to check out there was no one at the desk. I stood there for about 7+ minutes calling out with no response. Finally a cleaning woman said she would be with me in a minute (she obviously heard me, just never bothered to respond). About 4 minutes later the grounds keeper came out & said she'd be with me shortly & few minutes later she finally came in. No hello, no polite apology, just a scowl & a "yes". I did all the talking & asking questions, all I received was yes/no answers & told Orbitz would send me a receipt. I told her about the pill we found, again no polite apology, she told the grounds keeper to check it out & left the room. No apology, no thank you for staying, no please come again. I don't expect a lot when I go cheap, this was an emergency trip planned the night before, but I DO EXPECT to be treated with some respect & my grandchildren/family be SAFE from the previous person!

We showed up to the hotel in Kent to be told our room was given away and to go to tacoma. The Kent location was terrible so we drove to tacoma to find that one just as gross. I felt unsafe and was very disatisfied and asked for a refund . It's been over a week and still waiting on a refund. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere like we had to.. don't waste your time

The stairwell looked to have homeless living in it and smelled of urine. The entire motel felt like it hadn't been cleaned in 10+ years. No water pressure, cleaning services were a joke. While there was posted signs about marijuana use, it wafted up and through the wall unit every night.

Very scary, person knocking on door past midnight, PLUS SUPER DIRTY CARPET AND CURTAINS, NONSMOKING ROOM HAS CIGARETTE BURNS & SMELLS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE.

This hotel did not look clean. People staying there were not very respectful of the hotel. The stairways smelled horrible and people dumped their trash in them. They were locking stairways but still pretty scary. The room was worn and there was stuff under the bed and on the chairs from the last person. It smelled like cat urine. The room didn't come with any utensils or coffee maker and I didn't realize until check out that we could request them. The staff was really nice, and the hotel was quiet, surprisingly. The wifi worked well too.

Area is getting a little rough but property seemed OK. Everything just fine if you are good with "economy" feel/look to the whole experience.

A few miles away from SeaTac but the price is right. Very basic but clean. Bed OK. Free WiFi OK. Old TV. Would stay here again next time.

You get what you pay for. This is a decent value for a place to sleep. Rooms are dated and could use new carpet. Served the purpose.

We stayed I cooked ! It's was nice to sit and eat a meal with my new guy! He also was real relaxed and so was I . We had to ask for everything in kitchen . But that's ok cause was a nice night sleep .

For a regular business traveler this was a bit of a shock compared to the normal name brand hotels in the general area. The first clue should have been the emergency police phone hanging on the wall by the office. Piles of trash, run down automobiles in the lot made one feel like they needed to look over their shoulder as they entered the building. Air conditioner didn't work, tiny room, tiny TV, no soda machines, no food establishments close by. Cigarette burns in carpet, bedspread and curtains. Not my kind of place.

I stayed here for two weeks during my relocation to Seattle and I truly enjoyed it. As a single female in her 30s, I felt really safe. There was no excessive noises, the staff was really nice and all of the amenities were functional. I enjoyed its close proximity to Fred Meyer, Starbucks etc. The one thing they could improve on is the bed. It was a bit too firm for me but I would recommend this location to anyone.

Great place to getaway with your loveone AND JUST Chill and relax great rooms with all the cookiing you want to do

It has a very hom lo y feeling. It fee lo s just like a studio apartment
