I stayed here during Emerald City Con and turned out to be the perfect con hotel. It was an easy walk to convention center but kept you out of the chaos afterwards. Plenty of places to eat or grab some coffee in the morning on my walk to the convention center and back. The rooms are top notch! Really comfortable and modern with plenty of space to lay out daily convention swag and bask in its nerdiness. Will definitely stay here next year for the convention! The hotel does charge an amenities and parking fees which is not uncommon for hotels downtown. But the place is still a great value for a place in the heart of the city!

The hotel was recently renovated and all the new amenities are ultramodern and sleek. The rooms are bright and the bathrooms are top notch. It's got a great lounge in the lobby and is close to downtown. We were able to check in early easily and the staff was very helpful with getting set up with our infant daughter who came along with us.

Stayed here one night while in Seattle before leaving on a cruise. This hotel is about 10 minutes from city center and was $100+ more than almost every more convenient hotel in the city. I blame myself for booking the room so far in advance but here to warn others. Also, I called early on the day of arrival to ask if we could get early check-in and were told it would be no problem. When we arrived, we were told that there were no rooms available and that there was a $10 charge for every hour you wanted to check in before 4 pm. I've never in my life heard of charging for early check-in. The man refused to believe or apologize for the fact that we had been told differently over the phone. He said he had no control over the charge for early check-in and then in the same breath reduced it from $40 to $30. And all of a sudden, without a single call or check, there was a room available. What a coincidence! I later learned that he is the owner and therefore, had complete control over every bit of the nonsense he was claiming he didn't have control over. On top of paying $100 more for the room, $30 for early check-in, they also charged me $27 "amenities" fee because I booked through hotels, com. Horrible experience.

One of my daughters was in a serious car accident and transported to Harborview in Seattle. We needed a hotel close to the hospital to stay in so we could get back and forth as quickly as possible. This hotel charged $35 per car to park (we had 2) because we came from different cities in the state. We asked for an extra blanket and found out we were charged for it when we checked out. The bill for one night ended up being $400. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but this was overpriced and not worth $400 or anywhere close to it.

Outstanding location . Perfect for tourists and business travelers. Steps to downtown and Lake Union. Easy car access. Tons of free parking. Beautifully renovated, mid century decor, airy , light, comfortable. Quiet Urban Oasis. Loved it.

I just stayed in this hotel last night and I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was!! The hotel has been recently remodeled and it is a quaint boutique hotel with nice amenities. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The beds feel very similar to what you would find in a Westin or W Hotel. The staff is very friendly. The customer service is top notch. Don't let the exterior of the hotel put you off. The building is older and not flashy, but the insides are way beyond expectation. This hotel is much nicer than what I would have expected for the price. I wouldn't be surprised if the rate goes up once the word gets out. My plan is to establish a corporate rate for my clients.
