The hotel was close to the airport and they have a shuttle that runs every half hour. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a clean but only had a tv, fridge and hairdryer as extras. No microwave which was a little disappointing since yes we could save our leftovers in the fridge but we had no way to warn then up for later. The only other thing is parking. If you don't arrive when people head out there will be no space left to park and you will have to valet. It's free, but highly inconvenient if you want to keep larger bags/ boxes in the car and just get what you need every now and then.

Absolutely not happy with the shuttle service to and from the airport! Less than hospitable staff driving the shuttle. Overcrowded and late!

The location was close and easy to get to from the airport. We arrived around midnight. There was a large family gathering in the parking lot and on both sides of our room, which was on the second floor. The windows only had shades and were right on the balcony-not a very secure feeling. It was loud for a while. The room decor and condition was simple, blah, and security and privacy could be improved. For a room that cost over $100, I expected more. This was in the $60/night range.

We had an issue with bed bugs in our room. The night desk person, Larry was not helpful in switching rooms and said we'd have to wait until morning. I have bug bites all over my body and found a bug shell and streaks of blood on the sheets. I've sent an email to Aman, the General Manager, with photos for proof, and he has yet to respond. Definitely never staying here again. Pros: free airport shuttle ever half hour

Very basic - but that is what you are paying for. It was quiet inside and had good A/C (not the kind that wakes you when they cycle on). No breakfast - plastic wrapped danishs and muffins don't count. No microwave - but one available in office. Decent sized refrigerator with freezer compartment. Safeway w/Starbucks 0.75 mi south. Big plus is 24hr airport shuttle.

The staff from the airport shuttle driver to the desk people were all very nice the room and facility was old. The seemed to be a few sketchy people walking around. I'm not sure if they were guests

The room was very small, there were no pillow cases on the pillows we had to ask for them. There was no iron or ironing board in the room we had to request these as well. we had to go down to the front desk to pick up a iron and when we got back to our room we found out that the iron did not work. We called to have another on delivered to our room and was told to come down and pick it up our self. The hotel was under staffed the front desk person was also the person that drive the airport shuttle, so if he was making an airport run there was no staff on site to assist the guess. On the positive side the shuttle did get us to the airport in time to catch out flight. I have stayed at America's Best hotels before in other cities and was very pleased with the facility and staff, however this one was very disappointing.

Unsafe and unsanitary. We booked a room with 2 queen beds, got 2 full size beds. Supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like stale smoke with burned cigarette marks on tub and sink. Dirty fridge, dirty phone.

The room was comfortable and clean, appeared recently remodeled. The shuttle to the airport was reliable. The breakfast is very basic -- packaged muffins, orange flavored drink (no orange juice), coffee, etc. The main disappointment is that the WiFi is spotty, cutting in and out, but I had read that in previous reviews. I would stay there again when flying in or out of Seattle.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Very close from SeaTac airport. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We were only in our room for sleep so if you're looking for an affordable place to stay, this place was very comfortable.

This is my go to place when I have an early morning flight to catch. The room is basic but good for the price. There is an IHOP nearby and a 7-11 a block away, plus pizza delivery numbers on the key pad carrier. The wifi only works part of the time but the cable is excellent with many channels I don't get had home. The bed and pillows are not bad and the place is clean. They give you liquid soap in a dispenser. They have a free shuttle to the airport and cheap airport parking. If you get a room away from the front street it's reasonably quiet.

We needed a place to stay for some hours and rest for a while, so this hotel was perfect and have a suttle every 30 minutes. That make it very convenient.

clean room, television did not work, promised to come and fix it, never did

The room seemed clean enough, but I had a five year old with me and there was a loose headboard leaning against the wall. One of the beds was missing a headboard. Why would it not have been safely placed behind the bed? There was no coffeepot or hairdryer in the room.

I was rather disappointed by this establishment. I didn't have high expectations because of the low cost, but I expected better than this. It is close to the road, so traffic noise was excessive. Also, the hotel had a side business of airport parking and used the hotel parking lot to valet park vehicles for airport parking, making it very difficult to find a parking space. The room was not very bad, but still showed lots of signs of age and neglect. I noticed some ants crawling around the bathroom and ended up getting a rash on my legs after staying here, that lasted for almost 3 weeks. Overall, not a good experience.

The room is basic and on the outskirts of International Blvd. There is an IHOP on the same block or a 7-11 a block further down. The key card comes with pizza delivery phone numbers. The wifi kept disconnecting and annoying me. My room was near the street and the walls were thin so it was noisy. The parking was good and a 24 hour shuttle every 1/2 hour. They do a Park & ride cheap. The price of the room was excellent.

a bit on the scary side

The location was close and easy to get to from the airport. We arrived around midnight. The windows only had shades and were right on the balcony-not a very secure feeling. It was loud for a while. The room decor and condition was simple, blah, and security and privacy could be improved. For a room that cost over $100, I expected more. This was in the $60/night range.

The room was very small, there were no pillow cases on the pillows we had to ask for them.
