Great little hidden gem. Although the pool was small we had a blast swimming around, they made the best of the space for all the amenities. The staff was excellent and courteous.

NICE PEOPLE! However, PLACE IS BEAT TO DEATH!!!! Could really be a great place to stay if a few bucks were invested in renovations; and if you got a painter who actually cared about painting; there are 5th graders who could do a better job. Pool and hot tub were not working.

The hotel was fine but I wouldn’t book it through Orbitz again. I booked through Orbitz but had to change the dates of stay. I couldn’t do that on the Orbitz site so I canceled and rebooked with new dates. I canceled first booking on 11/11/22 and needed to cancel before 11/16//22. I still have not received a refund for the first booking that was canceled.
Great Hotel, they really care about the guest experience. Will definitely return!
Location, location, location. Great stay, 5 min walk to a great downtown area, great variety of restaurants in every direction, sea breeze and balconies. 10/10!
This was our first stay here but it won’t be our last. We have grandkids nearby in Long Beach and the convenient travel, ease of parking, nearby restaurants, and especially, the friendly and helpful staff makes this a strong BOOKMARK on our possibilities of places to stay when we come back. This is a beaten down, depressing place. The pool area is the worst I’ve seen at a hotel — a small, grim affair in a semi-indoor area with the charm of an abandoned hospital. The entire experience of staying here was dispiriting, except for the staff who maintained a positive demeanor and helped us deal with finding parking in the full (and undersized) lot.
it is wonderful to get fresh air in the room, as rooms have balconies. that makes it a tad noisy from traffic (depending on room location) but so worth it.
It would have been wonderful except that that they have a weird policy of not cleaning your room unless you request it 24 hours in advance and you leave the room for 3 hours. Nowhere is this policy stated. I was out for 8 hours come back to find my room in the same condition I left it and that is when they told me the policy. Not cool
Excellent helpful staff. Jacuzzi was nice and cookies in the evening, bottled water available at the desk.
