The furnished deck is a great spot to watch the boat traffic and beach all day long. On a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the beach. The quite Townsend Inlet area of Sea Isle City is within walking distance of a beachside playground on 85th Street, upscale restaurants, deli and convenience store on 86th street, and a marina with parasailing and boat rentals on 88th Street. This home is a Top/Bottom Duplex. Rental is for the upper floor, which is up two flights of stairs. Ground level has parking, storage for tenants bikes and beach equipment, private outdoor shower with hot water. $600 SECURITY DEPOSIT
