This absolutely beautiful custom beach house was built for summer vacationing and features many impressive amenities that typical side by side units do not offer, including 2 spacious living rooms, both with large TV s and DVD s. There is dining area with seating for 8, a luxurious kitchen with an extra large island and a master bath with a double sink and a whirlpool..perfect for relaxing. The kitchen and baths have been beautifully updated in 2018. Access to the shared courtyard with outdoor dining furniture is from the kitchen on the first floor. This area is also perfect for sun bathing and family BBQ s. There is a 3rd floor loft that contains a single bed with rear facing sun deck. CHECK IN TIME IS 2 PM
