The 1st level has 3 bedrooms hall bath and laundry closet. The queen bedroom has a private back deck guarded by dunes and trees. The 2nd level is equipped with the great room, bedroom, and spiral staircase leading up to the open loft, The twin bedroom on this level has a private west facing deck and Bathroom. The open loft has a pullout sofa that could be used for a nice reading area or additional sleeping for quest. Plenty off street parking for 4, which is a rare find on the island.
