Awesome beach house- ready for summer fun at the shore! This is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath - 1 block to the beach. When you enter the home there is a bonus room with a full bath, Queen sleeper sofa and a wet bar. The second floor includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a laundry closet. One of the bedrooms is a King suite with a private bath and a large deck. The second bedroom has twin single beds, third bedroom features a pyramid bunk (single top and full bottom). The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed, then the shared hallway bath. The top floor has a spacious great room. The living room includes a large deck, wet bar and 1/2 bath off the kitchen. The fifth bedroom has a King bed & private bath. Both North and South sides of this home are rentals. If choose to use - there is a connecting door to both sides on the top deck. Also, there is an elevator to ground level. There is a $400 Elevator Sec Deposit. Owner provides beach chairs, beach cart & beach cooler. Also refrigerator in garage for tenant use. Pool to be installed for 2026 season
