All of the amenities such as central air, WIFI, a large paved patio with umbrella and table, lounge chairs in addition to 3 beachfront decks and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, icemaker & garbage disposal. There is a large stainless grill, private outdoor shower, garage and washer/dryer. A short walk to 63rd Street brings you to a large playground, tennis courts, skate park, kayak launch and many restaurants and retail outlets, such as Acme, CVS, pizza, arcade, a liquor store & bar. REQUIRES $750 SECURITY DEPOSIT
