Beachfront Townhouse featuring 4 bedrooms plus a loft with outstanding ocean views from 2 large decks. Bottom area of townhouse is a carport with outside enclosed shower. The 1st level of the home has 3 bedrooms. The first is a Master bedroom with 2 single beds and a tiled private bath, 43" SMART TV, and oceanfront deck. The next bedroom has 2 single beds and the front bedroom has two single beds each share a hall bathroom. The second level is a bright and airy living room with a 55" SMART TV and dining and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings. The living room opens onto a large spectacular oceanfront deck. The 4th bedroom is also on this level with 2 single beds and a shared hall bathroom. The top level has a queen futon and a half bath and a 43" SMART TV with another oceanfront deck. Guests will need to log in/out and use their own streaming services: Youtube TV, Amazon Prime, Hulu ,Netflix, Paramount, etc. There is NO LONGER Comcast cable.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.
