4 Bedroom 3.5 bath beach block townhome. Small storage area (1/2 garage) on the ground level for bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and toys. The ground floor separate room is part of the rental of this unit. Note this ground level room does not have air conditioning and no heat. Enter the home with stairs to the first floor. This has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a front deck. The second floor has the Living area and deck, Kitchen and Dining area and a master bedroom and bath. There is also a half bath on this level. There are spiral stairs from the Living room deck to a roof top deck. The home will have 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, a tiered bunk bed with a twin on top and a full bed on the bottom and a queen sofa bed. "Bonus room" not included in rental.
