Awesome Beach Block first floor unit is ready for you to come and enjoy. Enter at ground level on the East side of house to the foyer and bonus room. Take the stairs up to main level which has the kitchen, living room, dining area and access to the front deck. Walk down the hall to the bedrooms, the first has it's own bath. Hallway laundry closet, then two more bedrooms, hall bath, and the master with a private bath. Fenced rear yard with an enclosed outside shower. Wonderful unit and great location!
