Beautiful home with lots of amenities! On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and private deck. It includes an en suite master bathroom, which has just been redone with gorgeous tile and walk-in shower. This floor also features the main living room, kitchen, and newly updated half bathroom. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The entire 2nd floor has brand new hardwood floors! The living room has a 65 inch smart tv and a deck with amazing sunset views!! This home has high speed wireless internet and every bedroom has a smart TV, so you can log into your Netflix/Hulu/Amazon accounts to watch all your favorite shows! The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen & private deck. this is connected by a jack and jill bathroom to bedroom 2, which has a full bed. Bedroom 3 has a pyramid bunk (full bed on bottom/twin on top). Bedroom 4 has a full bed & private deck. There is a full bathroom on this floor. The ground floor features a huge garage, complete with a large beach cart from SIC Carts for the renter s use. Just a short walk to 55th beach with ramp access! $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT
