Close to the action (beach, restaurants, bars, mini-golf, outdoor amphitheater, playground and shops), far from the noise (uniquely situated among under-developed lots) Spacious enough to accommodate a large family, as well as affordable Open floor plan for family gatherings, with a second covered deck off the master bedroom for "getting away!"
