Washer, dryer, full bath on first floor; just a few steps up from garage. SECOND Floor is kitchen, dining room (seats 8); kitchen island (seats 4), powder room, living room, gas fireplace, front/rear decks with table/chairs. THIRD floor has master suite with a private deck to enjoy quiet time and a multi-jet spa shower; 5th bedroom has two double beds. Hall bath also on 3rd floor. Enjoy outside shower (hot/cold), gated/fenced yard for privacy, grill.
