Very nice single house one and a half blocks to the beach and Promenade. Ground level has an enormous garage and storage room behind it. There is PARKING FOR 4 CARS!!! First level has the living room with a queen sofabed, front deck that has views of the ocean, dining room, kitchen, a den with a queen futon bunkbed ( twin over a full), 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, a hall bath, and a rear deck. Top level has 3 bedrooms 2 with a queen bed and 1 with 2 twin beds. There is also a full bath. There is a gas grill. Seasonal tenants must be 28 & older. Weekly rentals have a $285 CLEANING FEE, non-refundable.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
