Off street parking, garage and outside shower on ground floor. 1st level features 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and laundry area. Front bedroom has a king bed, tv, and private deck. Rear bedroom has Queen/Queen bunk and other room has a pyramid bed (single/full). 2nd floor features living/dining/kitchen area with big front deck, a bedroom with king bed and full bath. Great location!Pet deposit of $250 with signed Addendum
