It was older hotel but we loved the open air lobby and the feel of hotel. Rooms were small but we really enjoyed the pool.

They had 1 person working the check in desk at 4PM check in time. A line we stayed in for an hour before anyone came to help the girl working by herself. 3:45 room was ready was in line still 4:52. The only good thing about this hotel is the lobby and lobby bar. The pool area for closed on us for an event. It’s also outdated. The rooms buildings of the rooms are outdated and the rooms bathrooms weren’t great pretty run down. Would not stay again if I’m being honest.

Everyone on staff was super friendly and accommodating. My spa experience was amazing!

Beautiful lobby, pool area, and rooms. The lush landscaping was being tended to with power saws and leaf blowers two days in a row during our three-day stay. While I understand that the landscaping needs to be maintained, it would have been thoughtful of the management to spread out the scheduling of this work.

Resort was beautiful. Wish the pool was heated. Staff was slow and seemed not to care. We sat down for breakfast with kids and waited for good 30 minutes before we decided to walk out as the waitresses served two tables that came after us. We also waited good hour at the pool to get our tacos and chips and salsa.

The grounds walking to the room were wonderful. Unfortunately the carpet in hallway was filthy as well as the room. The furniture was old and damaged. I did enjoy the restaurant in the hotel as well as walkability to downtown shopping and restaurants.

The pleasing smell when you walk into the lobby was great. Felt welcoming. Loved the iced tea. Meg was our waitress poolside, and she was fantastic. Great, prompt service. Friendly and patient. Our room wasn't the best. we had a bunch of moths flying around in there, someone's red framed glasses left behind on the bench, and a strange dank smell throughout the building. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

There was good and bad. We had a bad experience with one of the front desk personnel. The rest of the staff was great. The pictures also made the hotel look a little nicer than we had expected. The lobby and the pool did live up to the standards that we had seen in the pictures. The rooms did not.

Food was excellent, pool areas are gorgeous, love the sandy entrance to pool. Hot tub was relaxing. Chairs are great and cabanas, room is elegantly decorated and the mini bar is top notch.

Pictures don’t do it justice. Every detail is thought through and the aesthetics are magnificent. The Scott feels very old Hollywood and we would return in a heartbeat. Location is right in the middle of all the excitement of Scottsdale and yet you feel like you’re in a secluded resort.

Beautiful resort I would definitely stay here again. Food was amazing. I recommend coming early to get a spot by the pool.

The Scott Resort is beautiful and I would definitely stay there again!

Our goal is to ensure our guests' comfort and satisfaction, and I am sorry that you felt disappointed with your stay. We are currently recovering by a staffing shortage caused by the pandemic however, this is not an excuse for the service you received. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to regain your trust in the future.
