Our stay was good until our last day when we’d planned to spend the day by the main pool, and learned as we arrived that it had been closed for the entire day for a private event. I get this happens but there was ZERO communication prior. We would have planned our limited vacation days differently had we known. We paid for this time too and it resulted in a very unhappy crew of kids and parents who were excited for their last day before heading home. Could have easily been avoided had the resort simply communicated the closure ahead of time. And the tiny little quiet pools with no food or drinks and far away that they offered as an alternative just don’t suffice. Feel like we got ripped off an entire day we paid for to use the amenities, and would really like a refund.
Very Nice resort My Villa was excellent. Housekeeping was great and the inhouse restaurants are very good as well. I will return on my next trip to the area
Good location, lovely big rooms, nice facilities. Only stayed 1 night but would have liked to have stayed longer.

Great place! Safe, very clean and accessible to many shopping and dining options. My complaints: facility not well lit at night and no elevator service to second floor.
We were thrilled with the beauty of the property, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the amenities, and the location.
Had a nice stay however JD Lounge over serves individuals who are already inebriated. Ignoring all attempts by other patrons and myself of issues with belligerency by the drunk parties.. If this is your thing. Then this is your type of lounge. Main pool was extremely cold, actually to the bone; so most guest either bathed in a larger hot tub or merely dowsed themselves with water. The coutyard pool was semi private and a much better choice. Also, although smoking was not permitted, and had signs stating so, it was not only tolerated but seemed to dismiss the use of weed as well. Other than these things, ok i guess. 3.5/5 rating
Very clean and the grounds are adorable. Although the property is older, everything has been updated and is very current. I highly recommend this property.
Property is beautiful, well taken care of. Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Quick access to and from Plaza to downtown provided. Coming from WI, the scenery is uniquely beautiful. The dry heat is an experience.
Nice pools. Layout is huge so lots of walking. Room was average.
I did not like the fact that the bed pillow had a wet white substance on it. there was dust throughout the unit, was not cleaned very well. overall the room needed updating. The day we arrived there was a childs high chair and dirty plates in front of our door. 2 days later the dirty plates were removed, however the highchair remained, we put the high chair in the lawn so that maintenance could remove it and they finally did. the upstairs balcony tilted as if it was not supported very well and was ready to crash down at any moment.
Very pleasant experience. Drinks are a little expensive but hey it's Scottsdale.
