Most of the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming! Very appreciative for the assistance asked for. Breakfast was ok, limited. Pancake maker was fun for the kids. Coffee was great, thankful to be able to make a fresh cup before heading out for the day. Everyone loved the pool and fire pit area. Would recommend eco friendly ice buckets at the ice machine versus in the rooms. Rooms were amazing!
Very rude when we tried to check in and our room wasn't available.Then my daughter asked the front desk agent for a water fountain so she could refill her water bottle. The woman said that they didn't have a fountain, but she would sell her a bottle of water. Horrible first impression!
The property appears very outdated with basic amenities and services. Internet among other things is particularly slow in the rooms. Breakfast is very basic.

Nice room, a bit old. Beds great, check-in easy & friendly. location good. Breakfast ok. TV was very disappointing - no high-def - REALLY? This is 2019! Microwave didn't work to set time or temp - just off/on. Sink stopper did not work. Fridge shelf was just open - the holder was not there - every time you open the door stuff falls out.
