The owners were really friendly, and breakfast was very good. The room was a bit cold - heat was turned off.
We really enjoyed our stay at Heathcote, everyone that was very friendly and the room was lovely. We had a fantastic breakfast! It was quiet and comfortable, and in the morning, the owner helped us to call a taxi to go to nearby attractions.
Peter is a great host. He is very knowledgeable about Scotland and a great cook. Place is close to down town with off street parking and just 30 minutes to Loch Ness and Urquart Castle. This was our second stay there and would go back.

This quaint B & B situated in the heart of Inverness. Easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, and the bus station. Easy to walk around the city from the B & B. Owners were friendly and we loved that they let us check in an hour walked than their posted check in times. Great Wi-if!
This place was just lovely! We found it very easily and the wife and husband who run this b&b are super nice and helpful. The room was clean, bright and spacious and the ensuire bathroom was good too! We walked to downtown about 20 mins, and the wall by the river was so lovely. The breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend this place for a nice get away
