VILLAS VOLPETTA and SANVITESE
Villa Volpetta and Sanvitese are two modern separate villas within the same property but close to each other. Each villa offers a private swimming pool, garden, and terrace. The property is located 10 km away from the town of Scicli, offering access to shops, restaurants, and various amenities. From the property, you can easily explore the stunning baroque cities of theVal di Noto by car, as well as Syracuse, and coastal villages.

Both villas are situated on a single level (ground floor), each providing a living space of 130 sqm. Outside, each property features a shaded veranda with an outdoor dining area, and an extensive garden spanning 3000 sqm. The gardens both include a 300 sqm terrace with a private swimming pool (12 x 4m; depth 0.3 – 1.6m; saltwater; open from 1 January to 31 December) and a sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers. Additionally, both villas offer a laundry facility and private on-site parking.

VILLA VOLPETTA (sleeps 8)

Villa Volpetta consists of an open plan living/dining room featuring large glass doors leading to a terrace. It includes a comfortable sitting area (with TV) and a dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities and appliances. In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms with double beds measuring 160 x 200cm, each with ensuite bathrooms featuring showers. Additionally , there is a twin bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm each and a bathroom with a shower. The villa also has an annex composed of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a patio with a lovely pergola.

The kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities and appliances. In the sleeping area, there are two double bedrooms with double beds measuring 160 x 180cm, each with ensuite bathrooms featuring showers. Additionally , there is a twin bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm each and a bathroom with a shower. The villa has also an annex composed by a living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, patio with pergola.
