The space
The duplex apartment consists of 3 private bedrooms.

A ground floor bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 and a private bathroom.
A bedroom upstairs with two single beds 90 x 190 + a baby bed on request.
The bathroom and the fitness area are to be shared.Both bedrooms can be rented starting from two nights.
Maximum 4 adults + 1 child (about 5 years old maximum, portable bed 120x60 cm) + 1 baby.
The toilets and the equipped kitchen with its large table are to be shared.
A large fridge is dedicated exclusively to you.
A private living room for your family relaxation, your rejuvenation or your sharing activities.

ATTENTION: The TV is intentionally absent (creation of an alternative).
- No smoking is allowed in the accommodation, but allowed on the terrace in front of the accommodation. And unfortunately no pets are allowed.
- An original copy of the house rules is displayed in the accommodation.
- Two additional 90x190 single mattresses (on the floor) are available upon request.

Waste must be sorted (3 bins at your disposal in the kitchen) including 2 under the sink:

1- recyclables, packaging, plastics, paper, aluminum..
2- other household waste
3- organic materials (on the ground, white container with lid): Leftover meals, fruits and vegetables... Eventually for our hens.

To visit in the region: Schleithal, the longest village in Alsace, with its close natural surroundings of forest and countryside, the border river: La Lauter to the Rhine.
Traditional villages: Seebach, Hunspach, Hoffen. Pottery villages: Betschdorf and Soufflenheim.
The city of Wissembourg and the Northern Vosges Regional Park with its multitude of diverse museums, its medieval castles.

Relaxation at the beach of Lauterbourg (swimming, sailing, etc.).
The Maginot Line, the lime kiln, the treetop walk, the Didiland park, the thermal spas of Morsbronn and Niederbronn Les Bains. The northern part of the Alsace wine route.
The cities of Germany: Karlsruhe, Baden-Baden, and Rastatt. The outlet village in Roppenheim.
