Bad idea to book in this hotel, first day I arrived the power was out leaving my kids and I to stay and sleep in the heat and dark.The power outage was due to a nearby storm which I understand, but all nearby businesses had their power back, so it seems it’s the hotels fault for lack of preparedness. let me know what day next I wouldn’t book again and don’t recommend. I want my money back.

It was very clean and very comfortable. I was happy with the staff.

The room was very large and very clean. It was so nice that there were fresh baked cookies and a personalized bottle of water to welcome us. The breakfast was great- lots of options.

I did have a problem the last evening when I was interrupted at midnight by a customer issued a key to my room on the night of August 3. Door was bolted. Patron apologized for the interruption, but it seems that his reservation didn't reflect that I was in room 335. When I checked out at 4 a.m. Sunday morning (August 4), but room record was removed and I was unable to get a receipt for my stay. The receptionist on duty said a receipt would be sent, but one was never sent.

Very clean and quiet. Good bang for your buck. Close to The Grille, Bluestone Brewery, and Tioga Downs. Only complaint I had was the ac/heat unit was noisy.

The staff is very nice and attentive. The pool was down and out of service the whole time.

We were in for a concert. Not a whole lot of staff interaction but that is a good thing. Got to breakfast 5-10 minutes before it ended. Were able to get everything we wanted. Room was clean. If I have to be in the area I would definitely stay there again.

All the staff were very friendly. Hotel is quiet and spotless.

Very nice hotel. We actually rearranged our trip home to stay at this hotel vs another hotel we used to stop at.

The breakfast had a large variety and was kept clean and well supplied. We had an added bonus of a free dinner the night that we stayed. All employees were very friendly and eager to talk and help with anything they could.
