12-15 per room with loud disturbance from babies and family. Suggestion; don't allow families of more than four to a room, especially; with walls super thin. I complained and was discounted, but I didn't sleep and I had to drive 15 hours that day. I much rather have had rest, otherwise; I could have slept in my rental car.

I think you should do more on the bathroom. The tiles in the shower and on the floors(cracks)

The room was clean but it was directly across from the elevator (noisy). The elevators didn't always make an even connection to the floor.

Location was good. Very clean. Over priced in my mind. City water has bad taste and odor. People should use bottled water for drinking.

The hotel is showing a little wear and needs to be updated over the next few years. In the interim, it is still a good choice for downtown Savannah. The staff is very helpful and well trained. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a downtown location,

Downtown convenience. No major issues. Clean and convenient.

My husband and I decided to spend a few days checking out Savannah. The city is cute and historic. Lots of things to do without it being too crowded or obnoxious. We compared it to a smaller, cleaner version of NOLA. The hotel is in a great spot. Nice big pool area with hardly anyone there - we went in Septemeber but had gorgeous pool weather. We paid a bit extra to have a balcony but ended up with a great view of the historic church! (I can't recall the name.) The staff were friendly and while the hotel is older, obviously it's in the historic district, it's clean and well maintained.

From the time we arrived until our check-out, our experience was smooth and lovely.

Didn't meet expectations, the staff was not friendly. While checking in we asked about a hotel for the room to store my insulin and was told to leave it at the front desk. Which is absolutely unacceptable. The tub would not drain and the bathroom did not have a fan. We did enjoy the pool and the location to everything we wanted to do.

Stayed one night. Staff were excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location for walking around and Savannah is a very walkable city. Decent Hilton hotel, nothing spectacular, but clean and has a friendly staff.

Staff friendly and courteous, very accommodating. Beds were comfortable, beautiful view from room. Issue with linen cleanliness: yellow stains on both comforters. The only other complaint we had was the noise. We could hear neighbors' conversations. Our first night the noise kept us awake until 4:30am. The couple next door was fighting, yelling expletives and slamming doors. Had to call security twice for the people to be quiet. Aside from dirty comforters and noise, overall experience was good.

Charming sweet great staff beautiful but building very old

My room was not ready when I arrived and I waited for about 3 hours. And I ended up with a handicapped room. The room was old with wallpaper falling off.mostly clean. My friends stayed in another room and had a much better experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. And the location is perfect.

I was very pleased with this hotel overall. The pool was very nice and the rooms were nice and clean. The only two things that could have been better were that the housekeeping staff came extremely early in the morning, and it woke us after coming in from late flights, and we also noted some mold on the bottom our shower curtain. The staff overall was very friendly!! I would stay here again.

decent location although a bit far from River St. Extremely friendly staff.

Location could not have been better. Walking distance to everything, I mean everything. Short Drive to Tybee Island beach and back to hotel before you knew it. Highly recommend

This hotel was in a great location. You can walk to most places, and enjoy the fabulous scenery!

We stayed for just one night, but it was an amazing stay. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. The location was perfect, in a great neighborhood and a couple of blocks from shops and restaurants.

Hotel was ok. Room dusty, shower vent dusty and didn't work. Furniture old headboard was loose. For the amount of money charged expected much better. Would not stay again.
