Very old and dingy. Bedclothes were thin, mattresses were lumpy. Both the sink and bathtub did not drain properly. I booked for two nights but could only stomach one. Will be contacting Orbitz for a refund for second night.

The hotel cancelled our reservation when we were 10 minutes away from checking in.

Budget hotel.. the breakfast choices are minimal and staff is very reluctant to refill.

The first room given was not ready. The second room had a comforter on one of the beds but not both. The shower needed to be cleaned more.

The room was clean and had plenty of space for us and our dog. Would absolutely recommend, just expect a very simple continental breakfast.

Wish I could rate the staff 100. Alysia (sp?) and Adriauna (sp?) were top notch. They were very empathetic to the situation we were going through. Alysia was able to accommodate us with an early check-in after driving all night. The didn't give us any trouble when we requested to check out a day early to evacuate farther from the threat of Irma. The room was spacious; the bed very comfortable-provided plenty of pillows. The bathroom could have used a face lift, but the rest of the room seemed recently updated. Hotel is pet friendly which was necessary for us.

Saw roaches in our room. Suspect either fleas or bedbugs, because I was bitten in bed.

Check in was quick and simple. There's another laquinta on the same street so we did make a small error but otherwise finding the location was easy. For the price, I was surprised that he room decor, bed, and linens were so new and clean. The tv was new, the walls were clean. But the carpet, the bathroom, and under the sink we gross. There was dust on the wall under the sink, the bathroom was dingy and the toilet leaked onto the seat after flushing. But what was the worst part was that there were random ants in the bathroom. There seemed to be no source, just kind of walking around. And breakfast was ok. Not enough protein, like bacon and scrambled eggs, but there's was plenty of cereals and breads. Overall, for the price and clean bed, I may stay again, but not recommend.

It wasn't until 7pm when finally the room was picked up and bed made...i mean really...i would have liked it, if when we arrive at the hotel at 6pm we would have had clean towels..bed made..garbage bins picked up BUT NO...none of it was done. We had to call manager and ask..what happened to house keeping...here we are tired and want to shower and no towels...bed undone...awful..they showed up finally at 7pm..and then the house keeping staff asked me if she should make the bed since its already 7:20...REALLY!!!!!

The property we stayed in was very dated. Which wouldn't have been so bad but the cleanliness and wear and tear made the dated facility just junky. ex. The shower curtain rod cover was broken in areas, cracked in other areas. This made it cumbersome to close the curtain, inturn left the curtain smelling musty. The "breakfast area" was questionable at best. When I was able to get a cup of tea, (a tea bag and hot water) the water was like warm and horrible tasting. The area isn't equipped to handle even 1/3 of its guest for breakfast. I thought La Quinta was suppose to be a little bit of a hotel, this property was just shabby. I will never stay with that group again. My husband and I are on a fixed income and saved for months to take that trip and we're disappointed in the accommodations!

It's was awesome there. Everyone was so friendly. Nice and clean.

The hotel it's in very bad condition. Rooms are dirty, bathroom was terrible, I was afraid to take a shower there. Bed, very uncomfortable, I will not recommend this to anyone, specially after the money we paid for this dump.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and in a good location for seeing all of Savannah, especially if you have a car. The staff was friendly and the room looked recently refurbished. Had a great time staying a week and enjoying the town.

Check in was okay, but room was not as advertized.. No fridge or microwave in room and when questioned, they tried the bait and switch at almost double the pric.e. Moved to a better chain, cleaner room and for less money

We arrived in Savannah right after Hurricane Matthew! Although the hotel had damage from the storm, our room was clean and very comfortable. We had a motorcycle trailer to park and the manager was out in the parking lot with us trying to figure out where to park it.

Called hotel same day from Fla Was told they would respond back Six days no response To me staff is not very reliable Would not recommend or stay there again

hurricane irma evacuation stay
