Made a pre-paid reservation days before my arrival, and the hotel was closed upon arrival. There was a handwritten sign at the door with a contact number to call. When I called that number, the machine would just hand up. This was when hurricane Irma had not yet made landfall in US territory, but Savannah was declared an evacuation zone. Communication is essential during these times, to let the provider and the customers know in a timely matter in order to have ample time to find other accommodations.

It sucked was misled about the breakfast Web site said buffet but was breakfast help yourself stale bread muffins that were hard asked for extra coffee for room and a light bulb was told don't have access to that...

Odor in breezeway and in room, carpet pulled away from wall exposing stone, chipped buckling paint, roaches

One of the worst hotels I have seen. Paid too much money for the condition of the room

everything in the advert is a lie. no great bathroom products or new bath. very dingy and sticky carpets. sheets were clean and good tv channels and staff being so great saved the day. so called hot breakfast and free cookies - huge lie. stay at a cheaper hotel for the same, my advice to others!! the internet wifi didnt work either. lots of cocaroaches and bugs - dont leave any food out - not even fruit - the roaches will have it!! room had a bad overall smell - probably dirt on carpets. very expensive as i thought it would be better. it really shouldnt be a 2 star but none.

Tv remote didn't work. No towels in the room. Asked for 4 towels. During a 3 day stay ended up with only 2 towels. We'll stay somewhere else next time.

Advertisement online shows pics of only their "nice" rooms. I feel that at least they should warn you that you are not guaranteed one of those rooms that they advertise.

The motel was dirty and run down. The beds were damp and musky. Carpets made your feet black. The bathtub was slippery as ice. No one cleaned the coffee pot. Overall the stay was lousy and if I could I would like my money back!!

It was a very nice room, It was very clean, and the room was nice and quite.

This hotel has seen better days. I could not spend the night in it: the room stank of body odor and disinfectant; it was unclean and ragged. I spent most of the evening searching for an acceptable room further down the I-95 and was lucky enough to find one, even though I still had to pay for the one described herein.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The entire place could use a general cleaning and some renovation. But you get what you pay for. With the cost of everything up you can't beat the price.

Hotel needs to be renovated. The pool was dirty and the rooms must be painted and carpets must be replaced.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were functional, but they were also VERY smelly...of urine. Also, this hotel is NOT in the historical district, as advertised. It is actually a good 20-25 mins. drive away.

Good Clean room fun trip

I requested a late check in and no one was there to give me a key. I stood outside the door for 25 minutes ringing the doorbell (after 12 hours of driving) befor someone came. Then, I was givin a room that smelled like urin, when I turned on the lights bugs ran behind the head board and when I went to look at them the headboard fell off the wall!!!! I requested another room and after a 10 minute dispute as to why I was finally given another room. This one smelled better and I slept with the lights on to make sure the bugs didn't come out. This hotel is a joke! Stay Far Away! I will not go back nor will I recommemd to anyone else, Ever!
