The pool was in disrepair. The room was filthy although the sheets were apparently clean. There was an old rag slung over the smoke detector, the ceiling in the shower was damaged and there was some sort of crusty construction material dried on the shower floor. Facility was generally just old, and decrepit. We were happy to leave

We stayed there 4 years ago and I saved it in my maps because it was a pleasant stay. This time it was not so pleasant. Walked in the door and the room smelled of smoke. In the bathroom the shower curtain was laying on the toilet and there was no shower curtain rod. The toilet was very rusty inside. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very simple and there was no orange or apple juice. Not going back there again.

It started out ok. We were able to check in earlier than the stated time because we were evacuated from our coastal home due to Hurricane Mathew. When I asked if there were any suites available (thinking other family members might need to join us), I was told that those rooms had been given to the employees and their families so they would stay and work. The room keys didn't work, so we were given another room. The next day they did serve breakfast. Later that day is when the storm hit and power went out. That is also when the owners left and locked the lobby doors. The employees stayed and barbecued, drank, partied, and fought. The only thing they didn't do was work. We still had the same 2 towels Thursday , Friday , Saturday and Sunday. I don't know how they do business during nice weather.

Took us three tries to get a except able room to sleep in. First one was infested with ants. Second one air conditioning was bad third one was very dirty but was last one they had. Pool was advertised as open on Orbitz but when we got there it had been closed for five months. Even though it was full of water and chlorine. Arcadr the machines ate all of our quatets so those didnt even work.Wont stay here again

Half way stop on the way to our vacation spot so for a place to stop and rest and continue the next morning then it is fair. Checked in after dark and had to find our room and unlock the door in the dark due to exterior lighting not on or not working. Then find out half the lights in the room didn't work. Ice machine down the hall beeped all night long and the fan on the AC wouldn't stay on. Room wasn't that clean but the bedding and bathroom were so for a stop over it was ok.

It was fine for the money. Wish the pool/spa have been operating

The room was dirty, and I don't mean the linens. The carpet was sticky, the bathroom smelled like mold, and the emergency sprinkler was dirty and corroded. There was dust hanging off of the popcorn ceiling! I think that the staff probably did the best they could, but the facility needed serious updating and cleaning. I saw at least 2 staff members doing several jobs.

We only wanted a nice room close to Savannah so we could go to the festival in town. The first room we walked into smelled so strong of cigarettes we asked for a different room. The only amenities that were available were breakfast and indoor pool. Breakfast was average, pool was closed!

We reserved the room because of the indoor pool only to get there and find out it is closed for maintenance. The sign or front clearly says indoor pool but the office desk said otherwise. We were unhappy with that and had two very unhappy children.

The room was a bit dated, but a great stay for the price.

The room was clean, and nice for the price of the room

Important note...Very busy 4th of July weekend. Rug was wet and dirty. Could not get towels when needed. Breakfast was non-existent. Indoor pool- water was dirty. Staff was somewhat friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Location is very good. Amenities, so so. However, this was the only reasonably priced hotel in the area for the 4th so not being too picky. Will use this hotel again.

First room the keys didn't work, so they gave us another. The rooms second ac unit didn't work, so we had to close the bedroom door at night to make sure it'd get cool enough, while the rest of the suite stayed in the 80's.

This Is hotel Was Clean And The Staff Very Nice. ThIs IsOne Of The Best Hotel On Savannah

We were traveling 1050 miles. We stopped this night after 600 miles.

My fiancé and I wanted to get away for the weekend so we went to Savannah.I was not all that impressed with the hotel. For starters,we weren't aware that pets were allowed which is great for pet owners but often times cleanliness is an issue.Thankfully, our room didn't have any odors, etc. The staff was sub par,and their speed of service was slow. The first room had a jammed door so we had to get a new room. The pool and jacuzzi is disgusting and we didn't go near it.They also have a bar that I wasn't aware of.When we first arrived I asked what the noise was and was informed that there was a bar. This is ok for drinkers, but we were tired and did not want to be near any of the cursing and gallivanting that was taking place. They are also either understaffed or just cheap cause the desk clerk was also the breakfast person. However, the room was clean and the jetted tub was a plus. Some of the fixtures are shaky and the TVs need to be upgraded.Over all, this stay was okay.

check-in was a breeze. Room door was damaged, room carpet was badly stained, large hole was in the wall, TV sorely outdated, fridge did not work, microwave was useless. ...only good thing about this hotel was that it cost $50 bucks...the bed was comfortable, the bed made it bearable.

Nice rooms and amenities. Close to I-95.Personnel friendly and helpful.

Really good breakfast, long pool hours, and close to downtown Savannah

Not happy with hotel. Great location but could not find my reservation. Bathroom and tub surrounded by mold, AC inoperable (kept shutting off after ten seconds), lighting in room broken, huge red stain on wall by refrigerator, non smoking room requested and smelled like smoke, staff undertrained in dealing with booking problems and not empathetic at all.
