Friendly-decent stay -the room bathroom was filthy and my socks are black from walking in floors

We stayed here because it stated heated pool and hot tub. Neither were warm, pool was freezing. Building looks run down like it needs a good refresh. Mold on door hinges, faucets didn’t work, doors didn’t open.

Right of I-95. We did an overnight then into NC.

The room was not clean. There was a ring from a drink can still on the end table. There were crumbs on the floor. The pool was cloudy. Water pressure for shower horrible. The breakfast was one of the worst (very little selection) we have ever seen. We didn’t even stay for the free breakfast. I feel like Country Inn And Suites have gone downhill. Will choose a different hotel chain in the future.

No one to greet us, small pillows, very low water pressure in the shower, all for an increase in rates.

Ok for stay when passing by Savannah

Do Not Stay here! I left in the middle of the night, I refused to sleep on these disgusting beds. After exploring downtown Savannah I got back to the hotel with my family hoping to get some rest but upon removing the sheets I saw huge stains on the sheets, the mattress pad, and the mattress. There was also hair all over the mattress pad. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk I was told that they could not change my room because they were fully booked. Also, it was nighttime and there was no manager on-site. We left!!! I can't speak to the amenities since we did not utilize them but the pool did look dirty and there were used towels all around the pool and in the elevator.

This hotel was a disappointment. It is in need of an upgrade and proper maintenance. My ironing board was not working and almost broke my foot when it dropped. The lamp shade in the room was broken down, and needed changing. The pool water was merky. Beds were comfortable, the room was a nice size. In is in a nice location.

By me working for a hotel i know what ro look for the bathroom shower head hasnt been cleaned alot of calcium build up on it the faucet was nasty,the towels and wash cloths dingy hair from previous guest on sode of tub.

Place needs a lot of work. The front desk was always doing what they could but my room was never cleaned, towels never replaced even when they asked me to put them outside my door and the whole snack/drink set up was cash only, couldn’t charge it to my room or use my card. Overall, 4/10 and that’s only because the front desk people were so nice and obviously just running damage control.

The room was dirty, the pull out bed had stains all over it, there were holes in the walls, and mold around the tub. There was something brown floating in the pool and it smelled bad. The air conditioner isnon but the rooms are muggy.

Good Freeway access. Lots of gas stations & places to eat nearby. Very noisy guests at night. No fault of staff, just a fact. The grab-bag breakfast (due to Covid restrictions) was pretty pathetic - apple, granola bar & bottle of water. Surely a muffin & yogurt could have been accomodated??

Extremely poor maintenance, no breakfast and very bad sewer smell around the property. How can Radisson put their name on such a low quality place?

Dirty, not breakfast when was included. Terrible experience. We canceled the reservation.

Good hotel. Only bad thing is the inside pool is like ice water.
