Front desk people were not friendly, in fact one seemed almost angry and bothered that guests showed up! They put me in a handicap room which I did not need. It was a tired looking room, stains on carpet, no counter space in bathroom. It just run down, and I would not stay there again.

This is a very basic Country Inn and Suites that lags some of the Country Inn and Suites I have stayed at. The breakfast has variety as expected, but the quality is not very high. The cleaning staff, while very friendly, likes to yell down the hallway while rooms are being worked. This was an issue for my wife when she stayed in the room most of the day to work on a project. Finally, while checking under the bed ruffles to see if I had left anything, I found candy wrappers and a girl's sock, which indicated that the room was not vacuumed very well.

We rented a king suite. The room was spotless and the reception was fantastic! We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer!

We stayed here one night because of a 5:30am flight the next morning. Upon check in we were told the shuttle to the airport didn't start until 5am so we would have to take a cab or "maybe" they could ask the morning shuttle driver to come in early. What kind of airport hotel doesn't run the shuttle for the earlier flight? This is the whole reason we stayed there. Also, rooms weren't very clean, including pretty rough bathrooms. Rooms had terrible fluorescent lighting and felt more like a hospital than hotel. Main areas were under renovation so hard to tell what it will look like once complete. Overall, we had a bad experience abd wouldn't recommend.

very noisy all night long on first floor. TV in lobby blaring at full volume. was this really necessary? lots of loud voices the night of Jan 1, 2015. breakfast on Jan. 2, 2015 was yuck.

We really enjoyed staying at this motel. The breakfast on the first morning was better than the breakfast on the second morning, but it still was a good meal. The motel was very close to all kinds of restaurants. We ate at two of them. The staff was very helpful, and we enjoyed a reception on the first night we were there. It was close to the airport and had a shuttle.

Very friendly staff, and a good location for the price

My family and I needed a room for the weekend getaway to Savannah for a cheer competition. We chose this hotel so we wouldn't be right downtown and it was a perfect 20 minute drive to the convention center. The hotel staff was nice, the pool was great (but we had to ask for pool towels and there was not very many seats to sit and watch the kids), our room was very clean, however, the bed we had was not very comfortable and every time I would toss and turn through the night or my 8 year old daughter would move the bed would squeak really loud! They do provide free breakfast...but it's pretty much that...free breakfast.

Good value for the money. Front desk clerks good. Rest of hotel staff seemed to be more concerned with getting their work done than making customers feel appreciated. Examples: No staff on the floors spoke to us during our stay. At breakfast the lady said: I just put some pancake mix out. If you want any get it quick, they told me I have to close this breakfast line down at 9:30am. You are welcome to sit here as long as you want, but I am closing the food at 9:30am. Information was appropriate, but the delivery left something to be desired.

Needed a hotel at a convenient location (airport & interstate) and it fit the bill. Complimentary breadfast was an extra treat. Would recommend Country Inn & Suites to anyone.

The Country Inn and Suites Savannah airport is a new hotel but needs some work. The hot tub that is in the pool area was not working. The pool itself was kind of cool for being heated. I do have to say that the room was very comfortable. We had two queen beds and there still was plenty of room to move around. We were traveling with my 9 month old son and they let us check in early, although we waited for twenty minutes at the front desk before anyone came to check us in. It was a approx 15 minute drive to historic Savannah. We went to The Lady and Sons restaurant on Congress Ave and it was fantastic! We would probably stay there again if just traveling through the area but if we were going to Savannah for sightseeing, I would probably stay closer to the historic district, because parking is kind of hard to find.

Good day, Thank you for choosing the Country Inn and Suites Savannah Airport. I am disappointed that your stay with us was not up to our standards. It is only by hearing guest comments that we can make changes in the way that we do business to improve our service levels in all areas. I have spoken to my Front desk agents about the situation and I can assure you that this is not a normal occurrence. Again I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback.
