The property is under renovation but that’s not an excuse for the badly stained carpet and furniture in the room. These stained items don’t appeared to have been cleaned in a while. The desk office chair was in poor condition. It has to be replace. The common areas are super dated. I hope they haven’t been renovated yet. One good thing was the mattress. Comfortable. Staff were super nice.

Very friendly front desk staff. The room and bathroom need updating, however, overall it was a pleasant experience. Perfect for I95.
No working pool, unfriendly staff, room had black mold growing in sink, the rest of the room was not very clean, bed not comfortable....whole room needed a refresh...cracks in walls, stained furniture...

People were rude and unfriendly from beginning to end. Smoking charge applied for $250. None of the staff would talk to us, called Radisson headquarters who also couldn't get through to a manager at the hotel. Neither me nor my husband smoke and no one will help rectify the situation. Disgusted
Drove straight from the Canadian/US border and booked this hotel because it had 4 star ratings and it was advertised there was a hot tub, which was the only amenity I was looking forward to. The hot tub was empty with trash in it. The swimming pool was in horrible condition with cloudy water and chemical residue all over the water surface. There was a wall mounted water fountain in the swimming pool area that had the cover removed with electrical exposed for children to access and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in 2 years. The hallways reeked of marijuana and smoke from people in the rooms next to us from smoking weed the entire 2 day stay (I was visiting historic Savannah with my kids by the way) The toilet was backed up and overall have never experienced such a disappointing stay.
Heating system difficult to read and noisy. All else was fine.

We enjoyed fresh baked cookies each evening and the breakfast was fair for complementary. The first floor has a wet smell that should be cleared up. Our room was decent.
We stay here every trip south to Florida - but this visit things just seemed off - the first rooom was misty and did t smell good. We moved and room was good but in the morning while looking for my cat I found a dog bone and bottle of lotion behind the bed - how can house keeping not check there!?
Room had a terribly mildew/moldy odor. Water pressure was poor out of shower head. Breakfast - eggs were cold, milk was warm.
Carpet in the room was worn out. Bed pillows so small they look like sofa cushions. Pull out bed mattress sunken down

Very dated hotel. Carpets from the 70’s and absolutely EVERYTHING needs updating. The price $100 is not worth it. Stay some where else if you can. I am afraid I may get bed bugs too 😱.
