I absolutely loved my stay.

The staff was not trained well they didn’t know anything about the property. No valet on multiple occasions so we waited a long time for the car. We stayed 7 days and they didn’t clean our room 2 times. Even when requested. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. Kimpton should be embarrassed to put there name on this property. Also room service is always closed and the restaurant is always a 30 minute wait with bad service.

Great place!

everything about the property was excellent. The only drawback was we didn't care for the city of Boston. Very dirty and hard to get around with old and run down public transit.

Lovely hotel. Well appointed room with great view. Excellent location near Charles river and walking distance to Boston. Friendly helpful staff.

The electrical port did not work and I used an extension cord during my stay instead of getting upgraded or a room switch. They paid for my parking lot ticket which I appreciate but for the price it should not let you stay in a room unless it’s up to date working.

It was a great stay, my family had a blast and we will definitely to this hotel

Anthony, Thank you for your notes, all issues and items have been addressed. Please note our valet is a company that we use and have used for years. We have 1 valet on duty but at times the wait can be a tad long, as the valet has to grab the car from the garage and drive around the building encountering 3 traffic lights, the plight of being in the city. We do have a system called flash valet and all our guests can directly message the valet to get their car brought around, it is a new app. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at the hotel to chat in more detail, I welcome the opportunity to always make things right as we value all our awesome guests who stay and hang out with us!
