On the ground floor : - a large day room with equipped kitchen area (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), living room and lounge area with TV and insert fireplace - a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed with adjoining bathroom (shower and bath) - a toilet Upstairs : - a bedroom with 1 140 bed - two bedrooms with 1 bed 90 each - a bathroom - a toilet A 40m2 garage that can accommodate 2 cars or bicycles is at your disposal. You will also find a washing machine and a freezer. For your comfort, the bed is made on arrival, towels and household linen are provided, aerothermal heating is included. Wood included. Wifi internet connection. You can take your meals outside in the garden equipped with garden furniture, plancha and parasol on the south side or relax under the orio on the east side. Private parking.
