The staff is attentive and courteous. The location is outstanding. The rooms are clean and the maid service is great. One of these boutique properties I have stayed at. There is a homeless population in the general area of the property but they are not bothersome.
Room design doesn’t make sense! I was a single occupant in a Petit King. Very little room to hang or place cloths, not even a luggage rack so I used the top of the mini refrigerator. Even the pegs on the wall intended to hold a coat are short stubs so my cloths fell to the floor.
Bathroom door would not stay shut, room too bright (shades on window to central atrium not adequate), overall cleanliness of room was fair
Self sufficient, we didn't need to request anything. Everything was sufficient in room.

Rude management. Paid extra for a room with a balcony and got a first floor room with entrance from the outside which was what they define as a balcony room. It’s a typical motor inn set up which means aside from some rooms on the back of the property, all rooms are “balcony rooms”. Management was rude and insisted that we should know as a traveler that the listing never offered a private balcony. Super misleading. She insisted we check out how other hotels list their rooms to understand the difference and pay attention to the use of the word private. Definitely not worth $350 for the night and feel far short of our apparently misguided expectations. The manager offered to move us to a room in the back or to the second floor and rudely commented that she couldn’t rebuild the property for us. Obviously this is a listing wording issue, we were never asking for someone to build us a balcony so that comment was very rude. The property is very loud. You can hear everything in all of the rooms around you and on the streets. Everything.
Right in the heart of downtown where you can walk to everything, hotel was very clean and the staff was nice.
It was nice, comfy, clean, and stylish. Great location. We would love to stay here again.
This was an excellent hotel for a quick weekend getaway. The basic yet modern recent renovation makes for a very comfortable stay plus you’re right in the middle of downtown Saratoga Springs!
