Ridiculously over priced for such an unsafe and dirty establishment. I am blown away that Orbitz can endorse such a place! Front desk is only open a certain amount of hours... nice man greeted us. But said he "didn't even work" there and he could take my name and info while we wait. Ummm MY INFO? To someone who's DOESNT even work there?! Took my name, to find paperwork... the hotel staff member eventually walked in took my name again. I signed agreement to not smoke or burn incense, eceived a key, and was sent on my way. Upon walking to room, even the door was unwelcoming/looking UNSAFE immediately. The room had a total of FOUR air fresheners. In a TINY space. The beds were USED and DIRTY with past guests HAIR. BUGS AND DIRT all over. Bugs encompassed shower and bathroom - especially the ceiling of the bathroom. I could not obtain another room elsewhere. I brought a blanket from my vehicle and slept on top of the less-dirty bed. Slept for a few hours and left ASAP. I AM HORRIFIED.

let us check in early, which they didnt last year, getting better.

The shower backed up and had 3 inches of standing water. No one is in the office. No one comes to check the room. The tv is in front of a futon mattress in a side room and not in front of the proper bed where you sleep there is no chair so not able to watch it. There is no wifi. No coffee maker. No vending machine ... There are signs on the office door..."in case of emergency call 911" "if you are locked out keep calling this number until someone answers". Dont stay hete. Stay anywhere else!

The room stunk of disinfectant. The climate controls didn't work. Loud neighbors seemed to be bouncing a ball on our wall all night.

Did not stay , stayed there a month ago and will never go back

The experience we just had at this hotel was one of the worst I have ever encountered. The room was advertised as the "Grand Suite" with "three bedrooms." In reality, it was one large room, that had previously been two separate, small hotel rooms. After needing to move rooms, twice (broken AC in first/broken window in rear of second), we found that we were going to be stuck in this hotel for the weekend. Being a weekend date in Saratoga, NY in the summer, everywhere else we tried to find a hotel room last minute were completely booked. The staff did the best job they could to accommodate the extremely crappy conditions of the rooms, but ultimately the place was just a dump. I will be making a call to Orbtiz as well to voice my frustration. Certainly not a hotel that you should be working with if you want satisfied customers.

no wyfi in room had to go outside by the office to read my emails other guests said the room was probably too far from the office no glass or plastic cups to drink water Manager was rude

Before making my reservation,I called the hotel and asked if they cleaned it up and renovated . I was told that the hotel was renovated and it was under new management . The room, bed and Ac were all ok. The bathroom was horrible ! The pool and pool area was horrible .

Basic comfort, 70s style motel. Near track and town (walkable to both), which is a big plus. Pricing isn't bad for track season.

Badly needs updating. Plastic on box springs, dirty curtains, dusty and the room had a weird odor. When you turned on the water it made a very loud noise, you knew when your neighbors turned theirs on! The shower facuet was so bad we did not venture to use it. The pool was open but the surrounding area had dirty old knee braces , trash and over grown weeds. I could go on. They say first impressions are important, I don't think that the bed in the lobby was very smart. Please update
