Great for a one night stay. Met our expectations.

ants in room 111 - no other rooms to move us to. they checked my brother into his room - it had never been cleaned - he had to make his own bed

One of the beds did not have clean sheets and the shower was not very clean. The breakfast was good.

We stayed in the new building of this hotel I stay at many best westerns in the past no problems. This should not have been open they were not prepared at all. Room cleaning was a joke they did not replace anything including toilet paper which we had to ask for 3 times They were getting deliveries of couches and out in the hallway talk about a fire hazard This building will be nice when it's done but should not have been used yet Very disappointed

Unfortunately, Not a Great Experience. If you are going to gouge guests on the room cost ( we were there for a rowing event, approximately a 300 markup over standard rates) you should make sure the property is up to snuff. From the moment I walked in the Reception area, the smell of Pesticide was prominent, the smell was quite strong in the hallways and common areas throughout the weekend. The room smell dissipated by the next day as I left the window open. I guess the prior reviews of bedbugs were being addressed. Other issues of note: No maid service on the second day, I called at 5 pm when we returned and was pleasantly told it was to late to do anything about it the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation and the exterior of the building was being repaired and painted, neither of which was not disclosed at the time of reservations The breakfast was OK except the waffle maker was broken and routinely burned everyone's waffles. But it was included in the rate! The Business Center was a closet with two computers, neither of which could handle or print Adobe files, mission critical to most business documents today. The front desk staff graciously allowed our group access to the front desk computers to print documents needed. Can't imagine that the corporate folks would approve. The fitness center is small, my guest room was larger I saw folks tripping over one machine work on the next. Just not the experience I was expecting at the price point we paid. Still waiting for the manager to call me back to discuss my concerns -- then we are only home for a day -- so far!

Underpriced. Very well located. Nice Rooms and Clean!!!

Needed a room close to the performing arts grounds. This place was super close and had an excellent pool and hot tub...

Clean, quiet, friendly, and everything worked--wish all my hotel experiences checked each of those boxes.

The day after we checked in I left the sign on the door for the maid service to clean the room. When we returned that afternoon the room was as we had left it. I called the front desk, was put on hold for 5 minutes before I told him about it. He told me that I shouldn't have left the sign on the doorknob.(the sign WAS turned to maid service). There was no one available to make up our room till the next day. I requested towels which were never brought. The next day I specifically informed the supervisor of maid service to please make up our room. When I returned the room looked as if it was half done. That night the people above us walked up and down so loudly we thought they would come through the ceiling. The hotel also had a less than pleasant smell to it. I have usually found Best Western Hotels to be reliable, especially ones that are AAA approved. This one was a total disappointment.

easy to find, great staff, bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, front staff was very helpful at checkin

When we got to the room at 7:00pm we found the door open, Scary, two conditioners and no shampoo and a group of guys unloading several cases of beer.

Pleasent and relaxing close to racino hotel works at desk pleasent breakfeast was good

The hallways were very warm when we checked in, and the rooms were quite warm because the air conditioning was off, so it took a few hours for the room to become comfortable. But the unforgivable - and reason I can't stay again is that i did not receive my wake up call in the morning. We had to rush to get ready (for a college move-in!) A lot of other places to stay in the area - no need to stay here

Terrable hotel was golf we could checkin at 100pm which was states on guide in room but when we atroces had to wait till 400 then when we woke up the next morning there was no water in the hotel couldnt evan bridget my theeth was golf there was nothing they could or would do 250$ a night worst hotel ever

We checked in at 6 PM. The night desk clerk was extremely friendly. The pool closed at 8, and she graciously let us stay in until 830. We awoke to no water due to a water main break. Nothing was done to accomodate the hotel guests. So not being able to flush the toilet, take a shower, brush your teeth for the day was not a good start for us. Morning staff at front desk seemed to just say, there is nothing we can do. For the price of the room, I'd say something could have been done for all the guests.

My brother and I spent one night at the Best Western Plus. For a reasonably priced hotel is was quite good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms, while not luxurious, were comfortable and the breakfast (included in the price) was adequate. The swimming pool was well maintained and was enjoyed by both of us on a hot afternoon.

Clean, comfortable room on first floor at great price. Location close to Harness track and downtown. Will attempt to stay here again on next visit.

My son is on a crew team so we go up to Saratoga a couple of times a year. The room was clean, the sheets smelled like they just came out of the washer. Going up in two weeks and staying .

hotel was clean and comfort would use agian breakfeast was good Staff was good

Just minutes away from the racetrack, casino, State Park and town, plus, free hot breakfast and clean room. What could be better in Saratoga Springs during the summer. Can't wait to come back next year.
