Ramada Venice Hotel Venezia

I have stayed here about 3 times - its a great hotel and convenient to downtown Venice. the pool and patio area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is always the same so they could change it up but overall its a great hotel and I will def come back.

Even though the building is a little dated, they seem to maintain it well. One of the few hotels that don't offer complementary coffee in the lobby.

Centrally located. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying at this hotel was not for a leisure trip, or vacation, we were there to get out of the way of Matthew hurricane and the hotel staff and management knew this. At first I thought , Ok this is a nice hotel, a bit old looking in the Lobby, but it seemed just Ok for the money. I had to pay ahead of time in order to reap the small benefit of the 10% off the room for 3 nights, we added an extra night just in case, because Matthew may turn around, or there may not be an all clear given in my area. We wanted to be sure either way. I could go on and say that loud bar was outside by the pool which faces the Hotel room doors and windows, and all doors face outside. First rule of thumb, never stay at a hotel where your door is facing outside, you will get robbed, have to deal with screaming kids running by, or idiots outside arguing, or even worse have to listen to very loud, bad bar music all night until the DJ decides to leave at 10p. Management did nothing about it even after being called twice. I guess music at their bar is more important than the rest and quiet the guests get, which I was surprised about since there were so many elderly at the hotel. The food at the bar is just ok, as well. The gym was small and mediocre, the pool was more of a wading pool than a swimming pool, it was only 3 feet deep. At the end we could not wait to get out of there, we even forfeited our last day of a paid room to leave, since management would not refund our last day back to us.

Everything was great comfortable bed great air conditioner perfect pool

Just a one night getaway to spend quite time and have some private time together.

Great location, near downtown and friendly staff. I stayed here for a week last 4 years and enjoyed it.

While room was clean and everyone helpful, we have some issues. Pro: Newly renovated, clean, great pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, friendly staff, pool side eats Cons: Door opens to outside, not a hallway. Room and bathroom very small. AC didn't work, I called front desk, maint was there in less than 5 min and repaired in less than 10 min. Maint tech was young, but very friendly and efficient.

I'm a regular customer to this hotel, I stayed here every year for a week past 3-4 years. Great location, near downtown and great value.

I enjoyed my stay. The pool/ Spa areas, laundry room, and restaurant were clean and refreshing. The room was comfortable but dark colors made it quite drab. The lighting was dim. The location was great and close to the town of Venice. Overall it was a good place to stay.

The hotel was clean and it was in a nice location. Very convenient to where we wanted to go. The staff were very friendly but the best one was AMBER. Thanks Amber for taking the time to give me directions, tips, etc. The breakfast was ok. But since we were there we had it. Will go back there.

Very close to everything. An old hotel but good staff.

The hotel was a bit pricier for what I expected and then what we got. Don't be fooled by the pictures, the hotel looks a bit dated when you walk inside. Overall, I would stay here again. Nice, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a restaurant on site if you don't feel like going far.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway because we've cisted Venice before and fell in love. The lady working the front desk was very friendly when we checked in and she provided us with adequate information about the hotel and town. When we got into the room, it was very clean and up to date. We had brought microwaveable TV dinners to eat before we hit the beach, but we forgot to pack utensils, so we went to the bar to ask for some forks and knives. The bar attendant was not the nicest. She gave us an attitude when we asked to borrow some utensils, and made it seem like she didn't want to accommodate our needs. The next day, we went to the all you can eat breakfast that was provided for us. The cost (8 dollars a person) was okay for the amount of food you received, however the ladies in the resturant were very rude and seemed like they were only there to work and not provide the customer with great service. We didn't even get seated. We had to seat ourselves. At the end of our meals, we asked where we paid, and the lady said well come to you. We waited a good 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. When I looked around to see what was the hold up, the ladies were complaining to each other in regards to who was serving us. Finally one of the ladies stomped off from the conversation she was having with her fellow servers and came to our table to help us. We were pleased with the simple 5 minute drive to the beaches and modern/updated hotel, but the service we received from the staff was not the greatest.

Our comfortable room was ready upon arrival and the staff excellent with maps and restaurant recommendations. For easy access from US 41 to the lovely Main Street of Venice this was a good choice

I stayed last two years for a week each time. Great location near downtown Venice and shopping. Remodeled two years ago so everything like new.

Good ,nice services, good location, modern...beautiful beach and town.

My husband and I enjoyed a quick visit to the Venice Art Center for a Jazz performance and found the Ramada the perfect end to a lovely day ! Greeted by a MOST courteous and helpful staff, room was just impeccable in design and comfort, the pool inviting and the fitness room well equipped and CLEAN! We travel to this area frequently and we will definitely re book to stay at this place again. GREAT restaurants nearby and convenient to shopping, historical areas, beaches ! Loved it !

This was our second stay at Ramada in Venice. We have enjoyed it each time we have stayed. It's about 5 mins from tnge beach and is located near downtown Venice. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Both times we have stayed we needed different accommodations than originally booked and the staff was able to make them without attitude. We love the pool area!

When I check in the front desk was very friendly had not problems. Once I got into my room was very pleased the bed was very comfortable. The room was very neat and clean. Will come back and stay again. Location was great as well.
