Price couldn't be beat and the check in and out was a breeze. Nice guests and staff and free breakfast sealed the deal. Very happy with the place.

Cleaning staff did the best she could. Hard worker.

Our first room and 210 was a nice room but the elevator noise was very very annoying. Steph refuse to believe that we were hearing that noise in the room but eventually we were able to get change to a room 314. This was a nicer room but unfortunately was across the hall from the elevator. but the noise was much less. Food in the cafeteria was mediocre at best. Good night

It was pretty nice and it offered free breakfast. Something strange did happen.... I'm usually cold so when I awoke the next morning I turned on the heater. Well the alarm went off, I'm assuming cause of the smell. Well I turned off the heater, but no one went to my room so I assumed that it had happened before.

Wife and I drove from the East coast of Florida and spent 3 nights to escape Hurricane Mathew. The place was 100% booked, their reservation phone was constantly ringing and many, many people were checking in at the same time. Almost everyone there was from our area of the East coast. Tammy and the front desk staff remained friendly and completely professional throughout it all. the attitude of the entire hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast area workers) was incredible. All had friendly smiles and hellos. All areas of the facility were clean and functional, our room was perfect throughout our stay, coffee was 24 hours, and the breakfast food was good and the area comfortable. Our special thanks to Tammy for her personal attention to our needs. Tammy and the entire staff helped us to feel relaxed during a difficult, scary time.

I was frazzled from a long day of flight changes and delays. My luggage was lost. I was in a new town and had arrived after dark and in the rain. I actually was supposed to arrive the day before but my flight had been cancelled I called to cancel the first night so when I actually arrived I was very happy to be assured I had a place to stay. The front desk staff was accommodating with my luggage arrival at 4:30 am. My grandson, who traveled with me, very much enjoyed the pool. The staff was great with directions. My stay was a bright spot in a very challenging vacation. I hope to stay here again.

The hotel offered good quality for the price. We were moving family members out of state and needed to be close to their living quarters. This hotel was not the closest but it was the best value for the quality and price. It was easy to get to the hotel with easy access to I-75.

Country Inn & Suites was good place to stay with the only issue being the comfort of the mattress. We called the hotel PRIOR to booking & were told that they have new pillowtop mattresses. This was important to us, as my wife has a very bad back (due to auto accident). The mattress was not new nor pillowtop (you could actually see the spring locations through the top cover). The bed was very uncomfortable and we both had aching backs when we woke up.

Nice and friendly staff, modern amenities, and large rooms. Fresh chocolate chip baked cookies every afternoon and upon check-in at the front desk. We met the hotel manager who was a daily presence. The breakfast was hot and changed each morning. The eggs were dry though and the silverware and plates switched to paper and plastic. It is much nicer to have the porcelain cups and plates to each a hot breakfast from. We stayed there for almost a week and enjoyed our stay. A quiet hotel set off the road but only minutes from the highway and the action of Sarasota and Bradenton.

Booked this hotel for my family members, it was in very nice and quiet neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

This was our 2nd stay at a Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, and we were as pleased with the Brandenton property as we were with an earlier stay in Kenosha, IL. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the front desk and breakfast room staff were very friendly and eager to please.

the hotel was was very clean and had a very friendly staff. Only rated for one evening but would definetley stay again! Not to mention priced much better then other holes I the area!!

The hotel was neat enough. However, our room smelled bad and we were told they were sold out and there was no other. When I told the young man at the desk that the room smelled he had to go in the room and smell for himself. He came out and told us the smell was the room freshener! Yuck! The morning crew was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Rooms have office chair and desk with no easy chair or sofa. Avg. quality breakfast wtih below avg. coffee. Convenient location with nearby grocery, restaurant and gas station.

This hotel is well kept up, staffed with very friendly people. We enjoyed spending 6 days here, visiting family who had just moved to the area. The hotel is located near I-75, which is convenient for touring other parts of southwest Florida. It is a 20-30 minute drive to downtown Bradenton, or to the beaches. The breakfasts were a highlight, with a variety of hot food, including eggs and sausages, and fresh fruit every morning, all well-stcked by friendly staff. Overall, a very positive experience, and I suspect we will be back when we come to visit family again!

I had a hard time getting into the lot from the highway but finally figured it out. Good place and willreturn again.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was an ideal distance from where I needed to be the next day. The bed was comfortable and I fell asleep quickly. The complimentary breakfast has a nice variety and something for everyone. The business center was functional, but not great. The place won't wow you, but I had a nice stay overall and would stay there again if I'm in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, there's a great restaurant across the way, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. The only issue I had was that I booked through Orbitz and was under the impression I was getting a room with the jacuzzi tub, however, at arrival I was notified that the online carriers do not have access to this upgrade. That was my only disappointment.

The location is prefect you can walk to a strip mall with nice restaurants and a bar, grocery store ect.. close to the 75& shopping. The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the morning staff were friendly and helpful. I used to stay at another hotel on the other side of the 75, but this really worked much better for me. specially if I'm traveling alone. The location is great... JJ from buffalo

My husband and I were only in town for 3 days. We arrived on a Tuesday and his surgery was Wednesday. We spent the remainder of Wed and all of Thurs in the room during recovery. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean had every amenity listed on the website. The other guests were also very friendly and courteous which made our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary continental breakfast gave us a variety of fresh food and the atmosphere was nice. I especially loved the rockers out front. There is a shopping center across the street with a grocery store and restaurants. It was close to the Interstate and gas station which made it convenient. It was far enough away from the city that the lights and sounds were not disruptive but close enough to get to anything within 10 to 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downfall is that the bed was hard.
