Internet is terrible. Does not function. Mattress is old and shot. No washcloths or tea kettle in room. There also isn't a gym in the building. Even a two star hotel would have usable internet but this is a four star....
Rooms are good and the bed is more than comfortable. Purity on a high level and very nice and kind staff. You have two bars and a restaurant in the hotel. One of the bars have a nice smell of an old Balkan Kantineta. And imagine, all the chairs were different. I loved it! Old town, shopping centers and klubs/bars are within 15 min of walking! Will go there again!
Stayed there on a work mission for nine days. It was superb, the staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Rooms were large and had all the amenities. Had breakfast and lunch there daily which says something about how good it was! I recommend it highly. It is a short walk to the old town. Loved it, loved the people and loved Sarajevo. I will be back!
Was happy with this hotel only stayed one night with breakfast /dinner breakfast was very good but as a non meat eater a dish of pasta with cheese on top was not a good dinner it was very bland but apart from that the room /bed was good and hotel was fine for a short stay .
The rooms are new and very comfortable. Not so much the rest of the hotel. Mini bar stuff and snacks are cheap. The breakfast is delucious, but don't surprise the restaurant before 7AM.😉 You can have a good coffee, even kafa, at the bar in the loby. I heard that this hotel has very loud parties on Saturdays...actually weddings. So I suggest you a business Mon - Fri combination.
We stayed in hotel for 2 nights. Hotel is very well located, is near old town, and near Miljacka. You can walk everywhere. Rooms are nice and clean, we stayed on second floor. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is nice. Breakfast was very good. It has a lot of different food.
I stayed at this hotel with a tour group. Hotel Bosnia is well located in central Sarajevo, but has seen better days. There were only two coat hangers in the wardrobe when I arrived, but the helpful staff were quick to give me more when I asked. My room was large and very quiet, and the breakfast was adequate but pretty basic.
Good location but close to a nightclub that blasted music into the night. Very thin walls so we heard the neighbor's snoring. Food was okay but nothing stellar. Staff were good. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who has trouble walking. We had to do lots of stairs even though we were only on the 2nd floor. The elevator did not come to our exact floor since the hotel was oddly built so we had to walk stairs no matter what.
This time the room is not so good as I expected, but you forgot everything when you look on the street and understand that you in the center of town. Anyway, after sleeping when you go down on breakfast all aromas of fresh food fill your nose.
The room is clean, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very good and people are nice. Wifi is very bad though. Cold room because the heating was not on, even if it is October but it was cold in Sarajevo, we talked to them and they turned on the central heating.
