The hotel staff are very kindly, the room size is very good, and you are very close to the metro station, restaurants, pubs, I feel very good at the Maksoud Plaza Hotel,.

Whenever I travel to Sao Paulo, I stay at this hotel, I like its strategic location, unfortunately on my last stay the internet access was terrible. I hope the next time is better.

Short trip 3 nights. Well located, with all resources. Very good Hotel.

The entire lobby smells really good. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff at Information desk speak English but very few other staff.

The hotel's style is of another decade, but the rooms are big, comfortable and clean, with sweeping views of the city, and the service is polite and attentive. Location is wonderful for both business and tourism. You can easily walk to several good restaurants in the neighborhood, the fabulous MASP museum, or catch the metro to explore the city. The buffet breakfast is fresh and abundant but it does get crowded at times. Perhaps it was our fault for getting there late. Our stay was, overall, a very pleasant experience.

I am an old person that needs some facilities. The layout of the floor where the breakfast is served does not facilitates the live of persons like me. I use a support like a cane, and imagine myself with one hand only being able to get a plate with fruits and a glass of juice. Fortunately there was a waiter that ask me if I wanted help and helped me during all process. His name is Paulo, and I strongly recommend to have this kind of person in the staff of the hotel.

great location! I thought the environment is quite amazing! Very picturesque! The room is clean! Wifi is great! Walking distance to metro!

great location near avenue paulista. and starbucks isn't far neither. i would stay here on my next visit.

We booked this hotel primarily for it's location, which is fantastic, but the photos they use to lure you in are misleading. This hotel lobby, bars and restaurants are extremely dated and dark and in need of a serious renovation/update. Although the rooms were clean and comfortable, they are also very outdated. This hotel is a throwback to the 1980's! For the cost of the room we expected something more modern and elegant, like the pictures portrayed. We also experienced serious issues with the WiFi. That said, the staff was very attentive, professional and accommodating and the bedding and linens were great!

FantAstic nice clean, good for family, bussines and couples

We stayed one night. The reception was great. The exchange rate offered was not good compared to other hotels. The room was clean but when exiting the elevator, there was a smell. The private salons must be updated with power outlets available.

Really well located, walking distance from the metro station , Avenida Paulista, MASP and several shopping/dinning areas. The hotel it is a bit old and need some refurbishment, but my room was super clean and had a terrific view of the city. Be careful when you make your reservation online this DOESN'T INCLUDE breakfast. I was shocked (I have booked a premium suite). If all you want is location, book the cheapest room and you won't be disapointed.

Need to renew a lot as well understand the business travellers needs.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. Service is exceptional, rooms are large & very clean, hotel decor is outdated, lobby & atrium are very dark.

enjoyable experience

I paid right price for 2 stars hotel.

It was very good hotel.
