Excellent hotel with a amazing staff. Nicolas the bell Hop was great, and all 3 waiters in the restaurant every morning were fantastic!! Everybody from these 4 and the front desk always greeting you and reacting to anything requested really was amazing. The views from this hotel are breathtaking. You don’t need to go to Oia to see the sunset with the massive crowds, you have your own private viewing everyday at this hotel: the only thing I would recommend is they have to specify at check in better which pools are specifically for guest at this hotel versus the other 2 hotels they share the property with. If I come back to Santorini, no reason I would not stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the tours. Stafd was always available and helpful. Very clean and well maintaned. Hotel location and views are amazing.
Wifi is very slow and hot water takes a while to warm up in the rooms, like 30min, and the room tv was small. Not what you expect for an expensive room. Everything else was excellent, I loved the views, great location, people very friendly, and the food was amazing especially the breakfast
The views were spectacular. The staff were all very nice and bent over backwards to make us feel like home. The free shuttle to and from Fira to go shopping was wonderful. We even used it as a shuttle to get to the bus depot to catch a ride to the airport. And, there's a taxi place right next door in case you miss the bus. It also saves a little money if you want to take the taxi to the airport in lieu of them picking you up at the hotel. My only complaint was that the walls were super thin and I could hear the neighbors talking the whole night. I'm sure if I had paid for a more expensive room it would have been more private. Over all, it was an excellent stay. I would go back.
The view is incredible, as was the grand suite which easily accommodated 4 adults. The staff was helpful, taking care of reservations and minor details which can often stress international travelers.
This hotel is an absolute beauty and the view is breathtakingly GORGEOUS!! Make sure to get a room with a view and you will NOT be disappointed! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life! Breakfast was also excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! Highly recommend!
Super friendly and accommodating staff. Amazing comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious...lots of choices and daily special dishes. Three beautiful pools with lots of comfortable seating and umbrellas. We ate lunch in the restaurant twice...delicious both times. Greek night on Thursdays is great!
The views from my balcony were breathtaking. The service crew is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tania. I was sick on the first days and she would be so helpful and caring every day she came to make our room spotless. We had a great time.
My husband and I stayed here for our Honeymoon and we could not have been happier with our choice! During the first night of our stay, the hotel was hosting a "Greek Night" - a buffet dinner with traditional Greek music, dancing, and plate breaking! It was the best introduction for our stay in Greece. The front desk staff was very helpful and we were able to rent a quad for a day right through them. The food and service was also amazing! We only ate out at a restaurant in Fira one night and enjoyed dinner at the hotel every other night of our stay. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa (which is an outdoor gazebo that overlooks the Caldera) and it was one of the most relaxing massages I have ever received. Amazing hotel with amazing staff, service, food and sunset views!!
Absolutely loved staying at volcano view!! The staff is incredibly helpful and provides plenty of information about things to do on Santorini. The hotel offer some of the most incredible and breathtaking views out to see, and definitely one of the best spots to watch the sunset! You will feel so incredibly welcome to staying at this hotel. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from Fira. If I am fortunate enough to return to Santorini, I will definitely stay here again!
Staying here made my experience wonderful! The staff assisted me with many things. They were wonderful. The resort is IMMACULATE and WHITE with the best view in Santorini
So we were very exciting about visiting Santorini. When we arrived they did not have our room ready so they offered an upgrade for the first night then we had to move. I reluctantly accepted. The room they put us in was amazing it was their grand suite. The next day we had to be moved so when I saw the new room my jaw dropped it was the ugliest most sterile almost a college dorm room. Now I understand it was not going to be as nice but come on. I spoke with Tina the Supervisor and she was not nice at all. The rest of the staff was excellent the view was amazing but the cost of a college dorm room was not what I had expected.
The only great thing about this hotel is the view. Everything else is terrible.
