The water get shot off, and even if they turn it on it takes a lot of time to get back. Sorry for people like me that like to shower before and after bed.
Properties around the hotel were very dirty. Their food was the same every day we were there except for one day. Our room smelled because the kitchen was underneath us and the cooking fumes rose up. Not a pleasant smell

The people that work i'n the bar don't trade us very good the had to by more friendly with the wesped.

Where can I start the staff need customer service especially the surrounding staff. The rooms literally smell like sewer . Very very unpleasant. Smell. The beds very incontables the food Very limited food. And the taste is OK. The surrounding very unsafe definitely not a place for children with the surrounding areas
They need to improve the services,always you have to go to look for utensils.necesitan mejorar el servicio cuando uno está comiendo,nunca los utensilios están disponibles; necesitan poner por lo menos 3o4 tostadoras,mayoría de personas le gusta su pan tostado y se inventaron que la única se dañó

Pros. Front desk checked me in an hour earlier of my time. But Con…asked me to go back at 4 to receive my room key. It was a chaos there. 200 people fighting to get their rooms. Pro: Room was very clean, and everything was working right. Maids were not noisy in the hallways when doing the rooms cleaning. I had a nice view from my beach view room in the last floor. Con… too noisy, the next door guest had his tv on until 2 am extremely loud then I heard banging noises. Hotel was too crowded, for the price and location it was full of families with babies crying and jumping all over the place and pools. The majority of guests were local the few foreigners visiting were trashy and little ghetto. I saw many plastic cups and forks or spoon around the pool. Lines for everything to get the buffet, to get the drinks. Low staffed. One person in the bar, one in the snack bar. Things ir food will end and not being replaced in the buffet timely. No cups, no water in the machines. What caused even longer lines. Pools and bars near the pool were close at 7pm what I believe was kind of early. Prompting all the people to go to eat at the same time. Because there was nothing else to do. So it was not relaxing at all. Buffet option was limited and dinner or breakfast were decent. Dinner not really good. Most staff at the restaurant seemed annoyed or tired of working like crazy. No smile at all, even when I joked with couple of them at the bar. Few ones were nice or engaged in conversations.
The customer service was extremely unprofessional, very rude and ignorant, The food was disgusting, tasting bad and lacking flavour , gross, awful and sickening. Rooms were rundown and had an awful smell , they didn’t have enough towels and sheets and when you got them they were dirty and stained. The hotel/resort gets a negative 10 rating would not even go there for free
We arrived late ( 11pm) and there was one person at the check in, so it took ages to check us in. Only given 1 key for the room, with a family of 4. There were only 2 towels in the room ...for a booking of 4 people!! We had to wait a further 30 minutes for someone to dry the floors in our rooms due to condensation and soaking wet. There was a party going on when we arrived, so the grounds were strewn with garbage - plastic cups and polystyrene plates and napkins every where. Every table by the snack bar was covered in peoples leftovers, cups plates etc. They cleaned the following morning, but the pool still and cups floating in it and scum on top. The seaweed on the beach was rotting and had an unbearable stink. We understand they cannot control the seaweed, but surely they could have raked the old rotting piles off the beach to avoid the flies and stink. They do "day passes" so the pool and beach was filled with non guests which also made it difficult to get a drink or snacks or go in the pool. There was a fight on our first day where the police had to come in to stop it and arrest one person. Not an ideal family vacation. To summarize...arrived at 11pm, after a long check in , clearing a table to get a quick fried snack, drying the room floors, we only got to bed at 2:30am the following morning.
