Great little place in san pedro, not punta cana obviously but it's good enough to have a nice vacation and some fun.

Super .....good food 24hrs bar and snacks (pizza, hotdog, burgers and fries). The disco boom open 11pm to 3am all days. Excellent staff services. 3 restaurants (Mexican, Dominican food and the Italy ) and one Buffet. 2 pools and a steps to the beach.

I spent 4 days here and the housekeeping staff needs help. They are slow in responding to needs of missing room necessities like towels, wash cloths etc. The rooms are very basic but beach close by.the bartenders will make you special drinks if you are unsure what you like. The food in buffet area was not bad. Overall this hotel is just OK...nothing Grande... So proceed cautiously.

no like services, room not air, eat bad, pool not clean, facilitat ugly

Enjoy my honeymoon and would recomend to others would go again when possible good place to relax

The food sucks. Always the same stuff. A/c worked great. Beds aren't comfortable. No bedspreads the first night. Always long lines at the front desk.

On vacation from the US to visit our family in the Dominican Republic, booked 4 rooms in this hotel for us the the family living there. Overall it was a very good experience. Service is adequate, meals good and the cost of the 4 rooms for the week-end, all inclusive, very reasonable.

Everybody and everything about this hotel was great. The pools were great, the amenities were great the beach was clean and room service was great The food was awesome

It was a very good trip! The location was nice. However, I did not like the soliciting of people trying to sell me things on the beach every time single time I went out there. It was very annoying and I wish I did not have to deal with that.

Very rude staff, very disorganized when it comes to a check-in with a large group of people, the restaurant service was even worse, did not pay attention when called, and ignored us.

I was very disappointed in the service because most of the staff don't speak English. the food was not good. The flies was all over the food, it cause me to get bacteria in my stomach. Also the hot water keep going off every day. I could take my shower when I wanted to. All the entertainment was in Spanish therefore I could not enjoy it. The hotel dose not cater for no one but the Spanish people.

Room floors we r dirty. Sheets had stains in them. Urg.

Food was ok , location was perfect. A little not happy of the reused napkins , and the closing of the principal pool.. but other than that it was ok

Total disappointment from beginning to end! We checked in, the front desk staff spoke very little English and were under staffed. Our room smelt bad, had cob webs, dirty bedding and no lock on the front door our toilet stayed broken for our whole stay!! We had to call and ask for our rooms to be cleaned on a daily basis and usually waited until 9pm for clean towels. There was no sight of management after 5pm. Staff are clearly under trained. The hotel is run down. Super dirty The food was mediocre to say the least. The snack bar only served old hot dogs and burnt pizza and the alcohol that they use is worse then turpentine!!! And the only beer they served was horrible on draft...The cab ride to the closest town is $45. Very few staff spoke or understood English. They ran out of diet soda and beer on the whole resort! The only positive thing is the beautiful beach and nice bartenders . Do NOT stay here! We have never been so happy to be leaving vacation ever!!! The worst trip ever! Not worth it. We wouldn't go back even if we were paid to!!! Over all a horrible nightmare of a vacation.

If it wasn't for the great staff this resort would be a 1 star

Beautiful beach, nice pool with swim up bar. It is all inclusive, and although the food isn't great, for the price it is not bad.

I think the hotel was nice. The environment was comfortable. The beach and the pool was useful for the guest travelers.

I don't know where to begin.Three of the restaurants where closed, only the buffet was open.so you got no choice,The spa closed.when you go to the buffet, you never find a plate to put you food on.And when you get one,you have to wait 15/20 minutos for them to refurbish the buffet. At the end if you whant a cup of coffee, you cound find a cup.And whem I finaly got one.......no more coffee.you have to ask all the time for napkins and silverware.A complete CAOS.And to finished of the firtday the maide never show up to clean the room.I could go on and on.

The staff was great, the food was excellent, and the alcohol could have been better. The pool was nothing spectacular but was good. The beach was beautiful, aside from the non-stop harassing vendors (nothing like in Punta Cana). The room was a little rundown and not the cleanest (two bugs and some cobwebs), but I've seen worse. The only real/major complaint about this hotel: BORING!! There is NO entertainment during the day (aside from 20 minutes of water aerobics and a volleyball game or two# and the staff was dull and boring. The shows at night were somewhat entertaining, but all of the entertainment came from the crowd.. the show is basically put on by the guests. There was an attempt at dancing by the workers, but it was sloppy and unimpressive. There were a lot of locals, including what appeared to be the children of the resort staff, at any given time. The resort was overrun with locals during the weekend. They were find, but the place was packed. The location is great if you're looking to do activities off of the resort #which you basically have to, unless you're content with laying on a beach for a week straight and doing nothing else#. It's not too far from Santo Domingo and other neighboring towns with nightlife, all of which were very safe for two young American women traveling alone. The excursions offered on the resort that we tried #horseback riding and Saona Island# were great, as was Santo Domingo #very tourist friendly). So, overall, if you're looking for an average, relaxing resort with good food and decent drinks, this is perfect and definitely worth the price. If you're looking for something to do during your stay, you either need to be prepared to leave the resort, or should stay in Punta Cana. The "disco" had about 15 people and a handful of hookers in it on a Friday night, and was unnecessarily loud throughout the rooms. The sports bar was cute, but also not much going on. Also, the beach is beautiful, but the surrounding resorts looked like ghost towns in April, for some reason we couldn't figure out. As far as the rooms, this is clearly not a 5-star hotel and is not a good destination if you plan to spend any extended period of time in the room. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience. However, unless they add some entertainment, I will not be returning to this resort, as I've been to other all-inclusives that keep you entertained with dancing, games, etc., and I expected the same here.
