Unfortunately, hotel was not at all what I expected. While the only thing I can say was good, Was the food. I could tell their was great consideration in preparation and I liked the themes and options were different every meal. the hotel lobby and the rest of the amenities was quite a distance from our room. I’m assuming because it was the garden side however it was very irritating to go back and forth when our key stopped working and the water from the sink stopped working also. The room only had a bed, no living room furniture or small sofa. The bathroom light would not turn off so it stayed on the whole vacation. The water from the bathroom sink started to leak so I had to but the trash bin under or else the bathroom would fill up with water! Wasn’t a pleasant trip.

Once I got to the property and checked in the staff was rude and obnoxious. I’m of Dominican decent and speak perfect Spanish so there was no communication issue. Got my room key and when I entered the room it was full of mosquitos as in around 60 to 70 swarming around the room. I went back to reception and they assigned me a new room. When I went into the next assigned room it was severely outdated, the bed was sunk in the middle the toilet seat was half the size of the toilet and kept sliding off. I immediately went back to reception to complain. I was given yet another room ocean side which I had to pay 120 US more which that room had no air conditioner and had a mosquito problems and mold on the walls as well. I am disgusted by the property the grounds are not well kept and it feels very unsafe. The locals are allowed to walk around the grounds at night. Boca chica is not a tourist area at all.

Never havehot to shower, the place was dirty ,pillows cases and sheets dirty the food was horrible no internet at all t,he phone in my room wasn't working my room flooded all my clothes was wet .I didn't have a tub every time I showed I have to put a towel to soak the water I don't want no body to experience what happened to me over there please don't go to that place for vacation you gonna regret it

I like the food and the show I don't like Hamaca building because is to old and need updates.

I did not lile the service. The rooms are very old and not Clear at all. Very Poor service in the check in process. The rooms are not equipted properly. The food was bad the same food everyday. i do not recomend this hotel at all.

The facility was great close to everything nice private beach better public beach with great food next door water sports and more only the people wanted too much money thinking that all tourist are rich jacking up the prices

Place needs an upgrade which it being worked on and when this place is full it can't support the guests, they run out of mostly everything.

Rude and unhelpful staff. We arrived at the property and the bellman just looked at us and didn’t even offer help. The rooms and property are very dated. This resort is way overdue for a renovation. The beach is beautiful but that’s about it. We didn’t even stay the night as the rooms were just not up to par. Upon check out I dealt with Orlando, Ramon, and the night manager who is Rafael or I could be mixing his name up with the other names I mentioned however all these gentlemen were extremely rude and not helpful at all. They do not understand the meaning of hospitality whatsoever. Stay far away from this property. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

This hotel owes all of their guests an apology. Enough said.

This hotel has two sites across of each other, the garden site (not the garden view on the beach site) is close to a dump. The beach side is way much better.

My favorite part of the resort was the beach the nearby restaurants like el pelicano and neptuno Also the bar by the beach beautiful also the activities to do like the boat ride was worth the 30$ I payed it was so much fun with music and a bar included very fun . I hated that the toilet if the hotel room was always clogged up. Without permission they entered my room while I wasn’t in there and fixed the problem but left the whole room soaked with stuff from the toilet it was terrible. I never met such unprofessional staff. In punta Cana and bavaro that will never happen. Also they force u to buy time shares and scam ppl be aware do not buy a time share from that hotel.
