The property was clean. The staff were nice and helpful. Food was delicious and the transportation was on time. Great place to stay. Nice and quiet.

Near the airport, had a large lounge to wait in prior to check in or for transport back to the airport. The pool, sauna and hot tub were excellent. Large dining area with fresh and delicious meal options. Coordinating hotel shuttle was easy with whats app. It was a perfect place for us to spend a day between flights.

Bar staff and front desk staff friendly
Nice and near the airport. Big rooms. You can hear the planes a little bit but it wasn't an issue for me. A big minus for this place was that they don't pick up the phones. It turned into a big issue because I was trying to get in touch with them for 15 minutes to schedule the shuttle from the airport and then I needed to call corporate. They then tried and failed for a while until eventually connecting me. When I was finally talking with them they gave me a WhatsApp number to contact for better assistance. When I wrote to this number I never received a reply (ie overnight, nothing). The next day, when I arrived at the airport, I was worried the shuttle wasn't coming as it was late, so I tried called again multiple times and communicated via WhatsApp. No response. The shuttle did come and at the desk I mentioned my concerns. I tested the phone call and saw it come through and I tested WhatsApp and saw my message arrive next to the person at reception I was talking to. My issue didn't seem to be a concern for him. He said he needed to attend to people at the counter and couldn't answer the phone. After I complained to the manager the response was more normal and they admitted this was an issue. You're paying a lot in terms of South America to stay in a name brand, international hotel. They need to answer the phones to at least say "please hold" or "call back in a hour". Something.
The airport pickup is a bit confusing, and you hope you are at the right place (door 6) ~~ other than that very nice.
This is a really new property, the desk personnel do well in English, the manager was super accommodating when we asked for a late check out. Their shuttle system works well, generally running once per hour.
Fast check-in, friendly staff. I especially like that they have a sauna.
thermostat controls for AC confusing resulting in room overheating
Airport transfers, breakfast, and clean rooms at a reasonable rate. Chez Steve is within walking distance of town and a great place to view Moai at sunset.
