It was amazing experience interacting with so many people.

Me sentí cuando no un príncipe, las mejores atenciones, todo limpio y el hotel está cerca de todo en el mismo centro de la ciudad.

The hotel is conveniently located downtown with friendly English speaking staff. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Beware though, Saturday night was noisy -- mostly honking cars and occasional bursts of loud music from cars passing by. Also my shower never reached above lukewarm. My kids who stayed in another room had hot water.

Always a excelent experience. My home away from home. Great service at at great price.

Comfortable, clean and affordable. Everything was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was very good. The gym was small but adequate. I was in the marketplace with easy access to shopping and food restaurant.

Hotel is terrible. Had no water in the morning, beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the noise is so loud you can't sleep through it. Never again.

The room is so noisy from traffic you can't sleep. Hotel staff very pleasant though. The outside wall isn't sealed properly, you can see daylight through wall

Hotel is outdated but the staff is great, helpful and courteous. There is no pool but we can use any other Hodelpa hotel amenities in the area. I do find it a little overpriced for the stay, $150 per night (includes taxes) and we upgraded to suite $240 per night (includes taxes). There was no hot water in one of our rooms. We had 3 rooms for our family. The free breakfast was good. Would stay again.

executive room was small, bathrooms old & tired...........need renovation, fitness room old & tired too. Front desk staff and restaurant staff all very nice and helpful

Price is right for a nice hotel but could have used a bit more quiet time during sleeping hours

Paid 95 per night. Got a decent room, wifi, casino in the lobby and good complimentary breakfast. The bad, kind scary walking round in night hours and driving is not for unexperienced people. Beer is water down there. Local people are great and hotel staff to.

Nice experience at this place , I would recommend to anybody.

As usual, the hotel was great, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Stayed here before and the service by the staff is always amazing. Excellent hotel, located within the downtown business and shopping district, with close proximity to fine dining. This is my hotel of choice whenever I'm in Santiago!!!

The stay was very good ,near the monuments and night life...

They have one of best hotel staff that I have seen in the country. They are friendly, helpful, driven and motivated to make your stay in the hotel and country the best it can possibly be.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and as usual everything was great, with the exception of the internet WIFI, which was working intermittently. However that being said, the room and hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great as the first time. I definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Also just to note, hotel is located in the downtown central area of the city, therefore it was close to everything, shopping, dining, etc.

The staff was great, but for the price of the room, more items should be complimentary.

I originally booked 4 nights in Junior Suite and was extremely satisfied with the room size, wifi, hotel in general, the staff and restaurant and complementary breakfast in the morning. Everything was perfect. I had to extend my stay an additional 3 days and the room I was presently in was already booked so they moved me to an Executive Deluxe. That room had no window to the outside, everything was smaller, barely enough space to hang my clothes and even the safe deposit box was smaller. It was adequate, however. So, my recommendation would be to stay in the Junior Suite.

Very good hotel, close to everything, excellent food. The hospitality is great, good WIFI. Will be staying at this hotel from now on whenever I am in Santiago.

Very nice hotel, very good trip, not the greatest amenities, but overall a good value for the money! Great breakfast also!!!
