As the port in Cala Figuera is very clean, even in midsummer the water remains crystal clear so that you can get an enjoyable bath here.You can walk down the path along the port to reach the restaurant mile on the other side of the harbour.The apartment on the first floor first is equipped with: (up to 6 people)3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and bathroom en suite with shower, 1 double bedroom next to a bathroom with tub. Two of the rooms have a small outside balcony, one overlooks the harbor and the sea.Open living room with fireplaceKitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, small fridge and pantrylarge corner terrace, partly covered and partly sun terrace with stunning views over the port of Cala Figuera. Corner terrace faces south. Early morning light enters the apartment, which continues throughout the day and sunset views from the terrace.Roof terrace Washing machineWhat is in the apartment? Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.IMPORTANT!According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
