Hotel room was clean and spacious. Location is excellent for easy walking to all shops and restaurants. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There is a fun play area next to the pool for some outdoor activity for adults and children. They offer a little continental breakfast which is delivered to your room for energy for more shopping!
The property is perfectly located where everything is walking distance. The staff brings to your room a continental breakfast every morning. The pool area has games for the family, such as a large floor chess set, ping pong, miniature golf hole, and bean bag toss.

Rust and age in bathroom. Breakfast "sack"... milk lukewarm and not suitable for consumption. Mainly the bathroom, for the price of a room here, that should be in order. Would not stay again.

It was very easy to find the property with great signage, the location cannot be beat as you are right in the center of Solvang and walkable to every major landmark/restaurant/shop, and the customer service during check-in was one of the best and easiest. They don't have fancy technology but it was efficient, quick and friendly. The room was clean and we asked for a crib and it was set-up and delivered prior to our arrival. I couldn't ask for anything more.
Staff is professional and courteous. I would definitely stay here again! Room was clean, beds are comfortable and breakfast is a nice touch.
