The holiday home Casa Baia is located in Santa Reparata just a short walk from the beach and boasts a view of the sea and the mountains. The house is divided into 5 levels by stairs and consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each (these can be made into a double sofa bed), a kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include fans, a washing machine and satellite television. In your private outdoor area, you will find a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Your open terrace invites you to relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the Italian sun. A pool and tennis court are located in an independant complex approximately 50 m away (these are not included in the price). In a 4-minute walk you will reach 2 restaurants and a further restaurant is an 11-minute walk away (800 m). A supermarket is furthermore located a 21-minute walk away (1.5 km). The beautiful beach of Santa Reparata with its soft, white sand also awaits your visit a 3-minute walk away (270 m).
